(As-And-When-Required/On-Call Basis) , Replacement Of Rolling Shutter Gearbox – Dismantling And Removal Of Defective Gearbox; Supply And Installation Of New Compatible Gearbox Of Suitable Capacity And Specification, Including All Necessary Couplings, Fasteners, Mounting Accessories And Consumables; Alignment, Lubrication, Adjustment, Operational Testing And Commissioning, Complete In All Respects, Including All Necessary Labour And Tools. (As-And-When-Required/On-Call Basis) , Replacement Of Roller/Worm Gear Assembly – Dismantling And Removal Of The Worn-Out/Damaged Roller/Worm Gear Assembly; Supply And Installation Of A New Compatible Assembly, Including All Necessary Accessories, Alignment, Adjustment, Lubrication, Testing And Commissioning, Complete In All Respects. (As-And-When-Required/On-Call Basis) , Rectification Of Damaged/Bent Shutter Curtain/Slats – Dismantling, Straightening And/Or Repair Of Damaged Or Bent Shutter Curtain/Slats, Including Refixing, Replacement Of Necessary Fasteners, Alignment And Adjustment Of The Shutter Curtain And Guides, And Testing For Smooth And Safe Operation, Complete In All Respects. (As-And-When-Required/On-Call Basis) , Minor Welding And Fabrication Works – Welding Of Brackets, Nuts, Bolts, Supports, And Other Associated Steel Components Required For Restoration Of Proper Shutter Operation.
