| 1 | Chipping and cleaning of the damaged and corroded beam and column surface with steel brush, applying a standard rust remover cum passivator from reputed brand before applying the anti carbonation coating over the concrete surface including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift etc complete. |
| 2 | Acrylic anti-carbonation coating for New Concrete (Bridges & Flyover) Providing and Applying Acrylic anti-carbonation coating on concrete surface, which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic polymer and Specially formulated to Protect RCC substrate that is directly exposed to atmospheric conditions like UV radiation, heavy rain,industrial pollution & carbonation. Apply without any dilution @ 0.25L/m2 in 2 coats to achieve DFT of 225 microns, The coating shall have Confirms in accordance with IRC SP:80-2008, Chloride Ion penetration – Concrete Guard (Coulombs) 575 as per ASTM C 1202 : 2019, SRI value of 104 as per ASTM E 1980 : 19 and Crack bridging ability up to 2mm, including priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 1:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat. Apply Zinc Phosphating Cleaning Solution like Reebaklens RR for cleaning the corroded steel reinforcement. The finished cost to include surface preparation, treatment of cracks completely as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. |
