| 1 | Providing Annual comprehensive maintenance service for complete microprocessor based intelligent addressable fire alarm control system Bosch make installed in Block-D, GMCH, Sector-32 at Chandigarh. Under the AMC the firm shall provide maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. The intelligent multi criteria detector shall have integrated fault isolator/ fault isolator base as per NFPA style 7 to make ensure complete system working without losing any detector incase of cable fault. Be an addressable device that is designed to monitor a minimum of photoelectric and thermal technologies in a single sensing device. The design shall include the ability to adapt to its environment by utilizing a built in microprocessor to determine its environment and choose the appropriate sensing settings. This detector shall utilize advanced electronics that react to slow smoldering fires and thermal properties all within a single sensing device.
