Rewinding of complete all three limbs of secondary/LV winding (approx. 42.50 Kg) with new copper strip (Size- Thickness - 2.80mm & Width - 8.46mm). ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering / insulating materials and gasket/ cork sheet etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Providing & fixing of winding separator etc as required. v). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. vi). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. vii). Test certificate of repaired transformer to be submitted at the time of delivery. |

Rewinding of one limb of HV winding (approx. 207.50 Kg) with new copper strip (Size- Thickness - 1.46mm & Width - 6.68mm). ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering/ insulating materials and gasket/ cork sheet etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Providing & fixing of winding separator etc as required. v). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. vi). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. vii). Job shall be carried out at the contractor's workshop and the job shall be routed through Regional Stores, Dipka Area. 4). To and fro transportation of the transformers is under the bidder's scope.
