These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 08 nos. 2). 9, 10 and 13 Mtr steel tubular poles & Conductor (DOG or Rabbit) will be provided by department. 3). For transportation of poles, vehicle will be provided by department from workshop to road side. From road side to pole pit, poles will be manually shifted by contractor manpower. 4). MS Channel/Angle/Flat for fabrication will be provided by department.5). Materials such as Disc/Pin insulators, MS nut bolts, Welding items, stay set etc. will be in the scope of contractor. 6). Welding/cutting materials will be provided by contractor.7). Earthing materials and pit digging will be in the scope of contractor.8). Contractor will have to provide PPE Kits to all the workers engaged.9). GI wire for fabrication of cradle wire will be in the scope of contractor.10). All the workers engaged for the work must possess VTC/PME/ Authorization to work in mine etc. statutory documents which are required to be submitted at the time of taking site handover. 11). Contractor must provide one electrical supervisor for the subject work. 12). Contractor must provide secondary protection such as fall arrestor or rope grab in addition to DGMS approved full body harness safety belt. |
