| 1 | Disconnecting all electric connections with the help of electrician and decoupling of the motor from the pump and also the decoupling of the pump from suction and delivery line by using gas cutter set and manual labour. |
| 2 | Making of MS blank flange for both suction line and delivery line as per site requirements. |
| 3 | Dismantling the pump set from the base frame by cutting and removing of all the rusted MS nut bolts by gas cutter set, electric welding set and manual labour as per site requirement. Lifting/ Dismantle the pump and motor from the damaged foundation and shift it to a safe and stable location on the ground. |
| 4 | Removing of worn-out MS base frame from RCC foundation by cutting foundation bolts with gas cutter / welding set etc. and lifting it out by crane to ground level from damaged foundation and shifting it to the Store as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer, chisel and electric compressor machine etc. This job includes removing the broken material from pump house and disposing the same at a suitable place as per instruction of engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Recasting of RCC foundation of size 2.6 Mtr X 1.70 X 1 mtr approx. for pump set 1:2:4 concrete mixture including providing / fixing of 8 Nos. foundation bolts of size 600 mm x 32 mm. |
| 7 | Providing of MS base frame of approximate size 2.37 mtr x 1.34 mtr X 0.58 mtr made out of heavy duty 200 mm x 75 mm and 250 mm x 175 mm channel and MS plate of suitable size 6/10/12/16/20/25 MM, as per existing base frame with proper alignment. |
| 8 | Supply of spigot weld end, MS leak proof dismantling joint. |
| 9 | Fixing of MS base frame on the RCC foundation. This job also includes proper levelling and alignment. |
| 10 | Supply of Neoprene rubber packing of 50 % neoprene. Make: - Jyoti / National |
| 11 | Supply of various MS nut bolts and washer off size as per site requirements. |
| 12 | Painting of the motor, pump, suction/delivery lines and valves with good quality enamel paint after scrubbing of existing paint as per colour code of DJB. |
| 13 | Replacement of Earthing GI strips size 50 mm X 6 mm with new one. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing of coupling guard and Pressure gauge of make H- Guru/ Fiebig as per site requirement. |
| 15 | Transportation charges for tools and tackles i/c all safety items. |
| 16 | Reinstallation and refitting the pump set as per original position with proper alignment and also making all electrical connections etc. as per site requirement. |
