In case of failure of any of the above mentioned primary component, the redundant component (or Panel) shall come in line, without any manual intervention.- Dual Ethernet Network card / connectivity redundancy (may require manual intervention).Communication:1. Ethernet communication with the required software installed on computer (price shall include cost of perpetual license for such software), which enables the computer to configure the panel, read program, read status, event logging, etc with graphical user interface. Modbus or equivalent open source communication protocol for communicating the status of fire alarm system to the remote computer.3. Communication between Fire alarm control panels and repeater for Sharing alarms, faults, and supervisory signals, Redundant communication paths can be configured (Loop connectivity).Emergency Power: Dedicated battery backup for 48 hour (normal operation) & minimum 30 min under alarm conditionInput/ Output: 4 Relay outputs and 2 inputs shall be provided with the panel. In case, the panel does not have the facility to install these I/O modules, alternatively loop powered I/O module(s) shall be provided, which should have total 4 inputs & 2 outputsOther Important requirements:- Auto dialling communicator, In-built buzzer. LCD Dsiplay In panel:LCD (minimum 2 line x 40 char) 80 characters(atleast) alphanumeric display with key Pad/touch screen- Suitable for Class-A (fault-tolerant loop) type of wiring- Facility for simulating the fire condition for testing purpose- MS enclosure for the FACP with front door fitted with acrylic sheet. Triplicate earthing terminals for safety, shield and signal grounding- Two coat of anticorrosive paint followed by two coat of synthetic enamelled- Seismic qualification. If OEM panel is not seismically qualified, the panel may be installed in Seismically qualified enclosure.

3FIRE ALARM REPEATER PANEL (ACTIVE)-UL/FM or EN54 certified- Active Type, shall be compatible to receive data from FACPs- Easily readable, bright display- MMI shall be the same as the main Controller- Audio & visual Alarms during fire- Display of Alarm & Fault similar to the Main Panel- User authentication- Single point failure in the cable shall not affect the performance and shall intimate the exact location of failure in all Panels- 24Hrs back up time for normal condition and minimum 30 min back-up time for fault/alarm condition,
4MULTI CRITERIA DETECTOR- UL/FM or EN54 certified- Combination of Smoke detection and heat detection- Once in every 6 months during 5 year warranty, Testing of detector for Smoke and Heat (rate of rise or temperature set point) by standard method must be considered in the detector cost.- Intelligent, addressable, - Thermal sensor shall be able to detect both maximum temperature Pre-defined (as per standards) and the rate of rise temperature- Inbuilt isolator (or isolator base to be provided), Drift compensation facility, - False alarm immunity and a superior signal to noise ratio, Automatic contamination compensation, Un-authorized detector removal detection, Adaptability with surrounding temperature fluctuations, built-in false alarm filtering provision , - Detection of both smouldering fires and open fires - Operating conditions: +15°C to +45°C , up to 95% RH (non- condensing)- Quoted price shall include all required accessories (like base box, etc.) as applicable- Types of fires: as per EN-54-29 or as mentioned in equivalent UL standard. - Quoted price shall include all required accessories (like base box, etc.) as applicable

7RESPONSE INDICATOR- Complying to EN-54 or UL- Shall start flashing when the detector in that particular area / zone has been activated- LED status indicator- Loop powered- Quoted price shall include all required accessories (like base box, etc.) as applicable
