| 1 | M&L for Testing of treated sewage water sample (biological and chemical analysis from authorized NABL accredited lab or any Govt auth laboratory). The sample of water will be collected from different Central Sewage Treatment Plant at MIS station, Mhow in suitable sterelised bottle as intimated by reputed government laboratoty and the water will be tested following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(i) Apperence(ii) Odour(iii) Total dissolved solid (TSS)(iv) Suspended solid (SS)(v) PH value(vi) Oil & grease(vii) Ammonical nitrogen(viii) Free Ammonia (NH3)(ix) Bio chemical oxygen demand (BOD)(x) Chemical oxygen demand (COD) Note: Sample of water to be collected in Presence of Engineer-in-charge or JE E/M and Sample shall be forwarded to Lab duly sealed the sample bottle by Engineer-in-Charge. The Lab will be selected by Engineer-in-Charge and testing shall be done on every month for all pump houses. |

| 14 | M&L for dismantling, cleaning, refixing and painting to exposed CI/GI/MS pipe lines with two coats of synthetic enameled paint including sluice valves, fittings and NRVs at STP/ Water STP installations as per existing/ approved colour after cleaning and scrapping out old paint all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | M&L for replacement existing chlorine/Poly dosing system with new chlorine/poly dosing system complete with & including all accessories including taking out old chlorine/poly dozing system complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Cleaning the area of sewage installations by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr out side installations complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Taking out aerator motor pumping set from existing foundation after disconnecting of elect connection & necessary pipe line by opening nut bolts etc and dismantling the aerator motor pumping set for carrying out the repairs, reassembling the same including replacement of wornout nuts, bolts and washers including derusting, descaling, servicing, oiling, greasing ,reinstalling, testing and making good all Sewage line and electric connections to ensure proper functioning entire unit and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacity of pump sets :- Note :- (i) The unit rate includes the cost of nuts, bolts, washers and all material required for overhauling , derusting, descaling etc & no extra payment will be made. (ii) Required items/ spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ |
