Name of Work:- Improvement of roads in ward no 15 & 16 under Konnagar Municipality in Pathasree Urban Scheme ( List of 3 nos roads are attached in ANNEXURE -I)

2Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.
3Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.
4Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.
5Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m.mas directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
6Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as perspecification.
7Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge
8Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
9Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.a) Pakur Variety
10Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stonechips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering andreinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (i) Pakur Variety
11Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initialstraightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and directionof Engineer-in-charge.
12Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.
13First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials.(a) In 1:4 proportion.
14125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) inground floor.
15Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar(a) 20 mm thick plaster

17Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.
18Supplying and Laying in the specified pattam of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl no. 6.30 of IRC SP: 63 (2018), from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Ct. No 3.26 of IS: 15658)and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS:15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure of IS:15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filing sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper of bedding and joint filing sand, and filling up of the edge gap. 80 mm thick. (i) Grey
19Supplying Eucalyptus-bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed.v) 150mm diameter
