4Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound (Asian) 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads (Potters Glass Beads,Reliance Thermoplast ) Moistureb Resistant @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on C.C./BT Surface With Colour As Approved By Engineer Incharge .
5Supplying and Fixing of Cat’s Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75x 100x 22 mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.
6Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet reflectorised with high intensity retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lense type with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements andapproved plans Truss and Vertical Support

14Supply & Fixing Of (1) Solar Blinker Unit-(A) LED Aspect-300mm diameter ultra-bright Amber/Red LED solar blinker aspect housed in a UV-stabilized, weather-proof polycarbonate/ABS IP65 housing, complete with poly-carbonate visor. Conforming to IRC standards. (B) Solar PV Module-40Wp multi/mono-crystalline solar panel with mounting structure/brackets designed to fit on top of the pole at a proper tilt angle. (C) Battery Bank- 12V 12Ah-30Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) or sealed maintenance Free (SMF) Battery placed in a lockable, weather-proof MS/Polycarbonate battery box with anti-theft locking. (D) Charge Controller- Microprocessor-based intelligent PWM/MPPT charge controller with automatic dusk to dawn operation, short-circuit, overcharge, and deep-discharge protection. (2) Support Structure & Civil Work (A) M.S./G.I. Includes all necrssary anchor fasteners,concealed wiring upto the mains,labor (F) Electrical Safety- The circuit must be protected by a dedicated 6A Single pole MCB housed in a weatherproof enclosure,provided by the vendor. including all scaffoldig and approved by engineer in charge
