(619)emu/d/hc/3ph-1-5-001, col-i, al t g- 1 no the firm shall fulfil the requirement as per icf/md/spec-315,issue status-01, re v.00, amendment no.01. c) under frame 57511001, col2 alt n- 1 no the manufacturing facili ty as per icf/md/spec-147, issue status-01 rev.02 with amendment no.02. d) body shell items- (715)emu/d/mmts-1-0-002 alt b col-i - 1 no. supply condition: back piece for seats and partition frame to drg no (715) emu/d/mmts-1-0-002 alt b col-i - 1 no, to be welded on underframe and su pplied. special condition : a) packing as per icf/j&t/misc-2201, alt f b) packing as per icf/j&t/s k-1809, alt a. c) packing condition as per drg.no.icf/j&t/misc-2487, alt b the underfram e should be supplied as normal side up & side bearer side down. d) packing condition as per icf/j&t/sk-1865, alt a. stage inspection details (a) raw material stage # ensure the raw m aterial used using portable spectrometer (b) jig stage # assembly of front part with sole bar. # assem bly of modular frame arrangement. # weld parameters to be checked & recorded (c) trestle stage # marking, drilling & tapping of holes wherever necessary. # marking & placing of detail items. # comp ete welding wherever necessary. # weld parameters to be checked & recorded # assembly & welding of trough sheets. # dimensional & visual checks. # punching of serial no & ensuring proper traceabilit y.
