4Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/Chowkhat (Single Rebated) of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Note:- The rate of 02 Nos. SS 150mm long Tower Bolt . 02 Nos. SS 150mm long handle and 300 mm SS sliding door bolt is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

9Note for WPC/uPVC Frame/window/shutter(i) Test certificate of Manufacturer to be provided by contractor.(ii) Embossing with Barcode of Manufacturer engraved over each door Frame & shutter is mandatory. (iii) Cost for making good to cutting holes/dismantled portion during taking down old with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate or cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iv) The cost of all other connected accessories, fixing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.
10Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site.(ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly.(iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately. (v)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill .
11Supply and fixing floor door stopper 150mm size of aluminum alloy body and tounge, anodised with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.
12Supplying and fixing window curtain blinds, decorated zebra type, including finials, stop rollers, etc., as per site requirements, fixed to wall with all necessary fixing accessories, including taking down old existing curtain rods of any description and removing the same, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supplying and fixing 12 mm size mesh stainless steel wire netting of 1.40 mm diameter, fixed with stainless steel tacks/staples, including cutting, fitting, and all necessary accessories, complete as specified.
14Supplying and fixing in repair, 12 mm size mesh stainless steel wire netting of 1.40 mm diameter, fixed with stainless steel tacks/staples, including cutting, patching, fitting and all necessary accessories, complete as specified.
15Supply & fixing 4.0 mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

17Supply & fixing 4.00 mm thick, figured glass, pin head type not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
18Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing, etc., carefully removing serviceable tiles for stacking and storing at specified location, removing unserviceable materials and disposal of rubbish off the premises, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material and labour for providing and fixing anti-skid vitrified tiles of approved shade, matte finish, coloured design, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, minimum 7 mm thick, premium quality, water absorption between 3% to 6%, straight-edged, stain-free finish, laid in floors, set and jointed in Type-2 tile adhesive (thin bed) conforming to IS 15477:2019, including screed bed, surface preparation, necessary cutting to required sizes and shapes, laying, alignment, leveling, cleaning and finishing, complete in all respects, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Material and labour for providing and fixing double charged vitrified tiles of approved shade, design, and pattern (including light, dark, and highlighter tiles as approved), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm, 9–10 mm thick, premium quality, water absorption less than 0.5%, straight-edged, stain-free, glossy finish, laid in floors and skirting, set and jointed in Type-2 tile adhesive (thin bed) conforming to IS 15477:2019, including screed bed, surface preparation, cutting to required sizes and shapes, fixing, alignment, leveling, cleaning and finishing, complete in all respects, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel curtain rod of 25 mm dia, including brackets and holders made out of stainless steel sheet of grade X02Cr19Ni10 (304 S2), with surface finish No. 4 conforming to IS 6911:2017, of approved quality, including removal of existing damaged curtain rod, fixing in position with necessary screws, rawl plugs and accessories, ensuring proper alignment, firm support and smooth installation, complete in all respects, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any thickness and type, including cover fillets, careful removal, handling and disposal of dismantled materials, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23Supply and fixing Gl powder coated frame work 605 mm X 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 600x600x 6-7 mm thick both side PVC laminated Gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24M&L for Material and labour for PVC sheet wall paneling of thickness 5 mm (±0.25 mm) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner framework of 50 mm wide strips of 5 mm (±0.25 mm) thick Prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be sheet of Density 600 kg per cum. The strips should have in their center a grove of 6 mm width and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 255 mm between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long mild steel screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm. A groove of 2 mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a Strips of 5 mm (±0.25 mm) thick PVC sheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement including Dismantling of wall panelling of any type including cover fillet and frame work complete all as specified and as directed. Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thk plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site onPVC frame as per specification and drawing.
25Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

36Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe (flexible) 600mm long including cast iron brackets (embedded in wall upto 110 mm depth, cutting and making good the walls with PCC and cement mortar) and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, sealing gap between wall and basin with silicone sealant, complete all as specified and as directed.
37Supply and fixing in replacement of C.P. brass pillar tap, long neck type with aerator, screwed to 15 mm bore brass ferrule/PVC connection and fixed in position, including dismantling/removal of the existing pillar tap, providing necessary jointing materials, making leak-proof connections, testing for satisfactory operation and leakage, and making good any disturbed surface, complete in all respects, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Jaquar (Cat.
