| 1 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 60 HP PLC-based fully automatic control panel/starter suitable for a submersible pump set, housed in a 16 SWG (Standard Wire Gauge) MS sheet enclosure. The panel shall be powder-coated in standard gray, dust- and vermin-proof, wall-mounted, front-door opening, and rated for IP-55 protection.The internal wiring shall be executed with heavy-duty copper-insulated cables, neatly organized and color-coded using heat-shrinkable sleeves. The system must feature a 50 KA short-circuit breaking capacity supported on high-tensile epoxy insulators. It must incorporate a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with customizable design timing functions to automatically regulate pump operation as per site requirements.The panel board must be equipped with a common internal copper earthing busbar measuring 25 mm × 4 mm at the bottom, extending to two external earthing terminals. All components and switchgear shall be of L&T / Schneider or approved equivalent make includes all leads, lifts, transport, and successful commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
