| 1 | Supply of submersible pumping set of /KSB/ Kirloskar/ Calama/Jyoti / BS / Sabar pump make conforming to BIS; 8034-1976 (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable for lifting clear water ( latest with upto date ammendments ) fitted with bronze impellers suitable. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellor of bronze/ suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to BIS; 9283-1979 (latest with uptodate ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear suitable for operation on 220 volts single phase 50 HZ . AC supply minimum class-B insulation, the power of motor 10% in excess of minimum power required by the pump in complete range of (-) 25% & (+) 40% of duty point head. . It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard,errection clamps,cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below:- |
| 2 | Total Head = 350.00 Mtr. (ii) Discharge required from each pump = 3.50 LPS each set, (iii) No. of pump required = 1 Nos. Set, (iv) Dia of Rising main = 50 mm dia, (v) No of working hours per day = 8.00 Hours, (vi) R.P.M. of pumping set. = 2900 RPM (or to be specified by the tenderer), (vii) Test Run = 20 Hours Continueously for 7 days. |
| 3 | Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type, size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost. (i) On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 6.00 mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore. |
