Name of Work:- SPL REPAIR OF EXISTING SEWAGE IN THE KLP UNDER AGE B/R-III OF GE (NORTH) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m in width and 1.5 m in depth for foundations of manholes, sewer pipelines, etc., including getting out excavated material, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m in width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundations of manholes, sewer pipelines, etc., including getting out excavated material, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, complete in all respects and as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
3Demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipes of Stoneware (SGSW), Asbestos Cement (AC), or Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) pipes up to and including 150 mm diameter, including removal of debris and disposal as directed, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), Type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as concrete bed for 150 mm bore DWCPE pipes, laid to required slope, including packing under and haunching around the sides of pipes after laying and testing, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:(i) Thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of pipe shall be 10 cm.(ii) Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe (excluding sockets/collar) plus 30 cm.(iii) Excavation, earthwork, and returning filling shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Schedule ‘A’ BOQ.
5Supply, fixing and testing of DWCPE (SN 8) pipe 150 mm internal bore conforming to IS 16098:2013, including lowering, laying in trenches and jointing with elastomeric sealing ‘O’ rings and necessary fittings as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Excavation, earthwork, returning filling, removal, bedding and pedestal/anchorage, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BOQ/Schedule ‘A’.
6Demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipes of Stoneware (SGSW), Asbestos Cement (AC), or Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) pipes up to and including 200 mm diameter, including removal of debris and disposal as directed, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), Type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as concrete bed for 200 mm bore DWCPE pipes, laid to required slope, including packing under and haunching around the sides of pipes after laying and testing, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:(i) Thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of pipe shall be 10 cm.(ii) Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe (excluding sockets/collar) plus 30 cm.(iii) Excavation, earthwork, and returning filling shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Schedule ‘A’ BOQ.

9Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new 150 mm internal diameter drain pipe, including making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (½ round to ¾ section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B-1, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, and other structural portions, excluding precast cement concrete articles, including dismantling, stacking of serviceable material, removal of debris, loading, transportation and disposal to designated location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11Material and labour for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), including soaking of bricks, scaffolding, curing, raking out joints where required, and finishing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Demolition of cement concrete of any description in ground floor or in any position, not exceeding 15 cm thickness, including breaking up, removal of debris, loading, transportation, and disposal to designated location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for foundations, filling, sub-base and mass concrete work, including all materials, mixing, laying, compacting, curing, and finishing, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for manhole benching, flooring, coping and similar works, including all materials, mixing, laying, compacting, finishing smooth surface, curing, and all necessary operations, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, and scrubbing down with water to remove loose particles and debris, including disposal of dismantled material to a designated location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair or rough faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including preparation of surface, scaffolding, curing, and all necessary operations, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Waterproofing compound (WPC) shall be mixed in cement mortar as per manufacturer’s instructions and shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant item.
17Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) in slabs, parapets, chajjas, fins, fascias, and similar structural members in any description and in any position, including cutting of reinforcement bars as required to facilitate demolition, breaking up concrete, removal of debris, loading, transportation, and disposal to designated location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, beams, chajjas and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thickness, horizontal or sloping, providing fair finished surfaces, including erection, supporting, bracing, removal after completion, and all necessary operations complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, shelves, chajjas and similar works, including formwork (if not measured separately), placing in position, vibration, finishing, curing and all necessary operations complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4), Type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for manhole cover slabs of any thickness, size or shape, including necessary formwork, finishing concrete surfaces fair and even, and setting in cement mortar (1:4), including demolition of existing old cover, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Material and labour for providing and fixing reinforcement steel TMT bars Fe 550D, 6 to 8 mm diameter, cut to required lengths, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends, and binding with and including mild steel annealed binding wire not less than 0.9 mm diameter or securing with clips, including placing in position, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Material and labour for TMT steel reinforcement bars 8 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel annealed binding wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness each, including consolidation of fill material and all necessary operations complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, including loading, unloading, shifting, stacking or spreading as directed, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supply only liquid waterproofing compound of ISI marked/approved make, conforming to relevant IS standards, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26Dismantling and disconnecting existing cast iron soil/vent pipe of any size fixed to walls or laid in trenches, including all fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
27Supply and fixing 75 mm dia long neck uPVC (SWR) floor trap, Type B, with CP grating, including jointing to waste pipe and fixing in cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
28S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) type B pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with GI Brackets/Clamps at a distence of 100-120mm away from walls as directed 6 Kg/Sq cm including taking down of exisiting pipe of any type and description complete all as specified and directed . Make :- Astral / Prince / Finolex.
29Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) bend of 110 mm diameter, including necessary jointing materials, fixing accessories, cutting, fitting, testing, and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
30Supply and fixing uPVC (SWR) bends/tees of any radius, 75 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
31Supply and fixing in repair SFRC (Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete) cover and frame of heavy duty HD-20 grade designation, size 0.90 m × 0.90 m conforming to IS 12592, including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1, complete with necessary excavation, bedding, alignment, finishing, and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
32Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as rungs, grills, gratings, gates, holdfasts, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, and frame work for water tanks and similar work, including ends of bars welded, riveted or forged into spikes, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33Cleaning and de-sludging of septic tanks of any capacity and at any depth, by removal of semi-solid sludge, solid waste and other contents manually or mechanically in foul conditions, including necessary tools, plants, safety equipment, labour, transportation and disposal of sludge to a designated location as per statutory requirements, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
34Dewatering of existing soakage wells/septic tanks by bailing out, pumping out, or any other approved means, including removal and disposal of wastewater into existing open drains or nearby low-lying areas as directed, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
35Material and labour for providing and constructing precast RCC M-40 grade circular manhole system, 150 mm wall thickness, reinforced with 8 mm MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre spacing both ways, consisting of conical top piece with cover, circular riser rings and bottom ring (top internal diameter 560 mm and bottom internal diameter 1000 mm), stackable with suitable locking arrangement to achieve required depth up to 1.8 m, including provision of pipe connection openings of required diameter for diversion and connectivity. The work shall include 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type C-2 bedding, SFRC manhole cover and frame, excavation, dewatering if required, lowering, alignment, jointing, curing, backfilling in layers with compaction, and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to 50 m lead, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
36Material and labour for providing and constructing precast RCC M-40 grade circular manhole system, 150 mm wall thickness, reinforced with 8 mm MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre spacing both ways, consisting of conical top piece with cover, circular riser rings and bottom ring (top internal diameter 560 mm and bottom internal diameter 1200 mm), stackable with suitable locking arrangement to achieve required depth exceeding 1.8 m and up to 3.0 m, including provision of openings for pipe connections of required size for diversion and connectivity.
