30Providing and fixing 4mm thick polished veneer over 9 mm thick commercial ply over USG Boral frame U Channel 50x50x0.55mm both side 2’-0” centre to centre (Horizontal & vertical) with back filled of 50mm thick rock wool with 48kg density, packed with tissue paper to achieve NRC 0.7% (manufacturing test certificate is required at the time of billing ) along with 12mm thick commercial ply & PVC grippers as per site including covered the Jamb for door & windows i.e upper, bottom sides & sills area by providing color matching sunmica over 12mm thick commercial ply as per site requirements. The rates also include the cost of all material and labour and lead and fit complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
31Extra for providing computerized laser cutting to ply/board/veneer wherever required as per site requiement complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
