| 2 | NOTE: 1.In case the bidder does not fill the GST rate under column N, the basic price as quoted by him under colum M shall be loaded with the GST rate as applicable to this category to arrive at the final bid price.2. Consolidated price shall be quoted for a period of one year . The quoted price shall be inclusive of: a) Wages, EPF, ESI. EDLI & Adm Exp etc. of the deployed personel. b) Cost of tools to be utilized for cleaning and housekeeping job, monthly consumables given in SBD. c) Service charges, taxes, duties etc. including GST as applicable. However, rates per person or per month will not be accepted and such bids will be outrightedly rejected.3. A minimum of five(05) persons shall be deployed for carrying out the contracted work. The manpower so deployed shall be strictly paid as per the Minimum Wages Act notified by the Government.4.The quoted price shall include the cost of monthly consumables given in SBD. No claim for any additional cost for the monthly supplies will be entertained. 5.
