| 1 | Providing following categories of personnel for Annual Preventive & Routine Maintenance of the complete Electrical Installation, incl. operation of Substation (i.e. Transformer 500 KVA x 2 Nos.,HT panel & LT panel etc.), other LT Panels, internal & external electrical installation incl compound light, feeder pillar and all other electrical accessories with operation & petty maintenance of DG set and UPS with batteries excluding terms & conditions covered by the Manufacturer incl. cleaning of all type of fire detector & Panel and submission of report in regard to the routine and preventive maintenance works in the format prescribed by EIC (as per terms & conditions depicted in Annexure A) at Mathabhanga SD Hospital, Coochbehar, including residental quarters and any other works as directed by EIC/AE/JE with the help of following workmen as per attached terms and conditions.
