1Earth work in rough excavation,banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankd banks, marginal banks and guide banks filling up grounddepressions lead upto 50mm and lift upto 1.50m. for site development A). 2Hard Soil/Ordinary Rock
3Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required, into plinth, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.
4Re-filling excavated earth in foundations and plinth etc. in 15 cm layer including ramming and watering etc. complete.

10Reinforced cement concrete in suspended floors, roofs, landings and balconies upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centring and shuttering and reinforcement with M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
11Providing reinforced cement concrete eaves board 25 mm thick and 15 cm to 30 cm wide inM 20 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) up to floor two level including finishing and plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm on exposed surfaces to give smooth and even surface, centring and shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement.
12Brick work with best available local bricks in plinth and in Superstructure in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).
13Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete.

17Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including Grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. d). Size of tiles 1000 x 1000 mm
18Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with marble chips of sizes upto 6mm in floors on 25 mm thick bed mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete: b) Medium shade using approximately 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.
19Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
20Construction of cement concrete drain 30 cm wide and 23 cm deep in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard graded stone chips/shingle 40 mm and down gauge) 8 cm thick on sides and bottom and plastering on all exposed surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including shuttering complete.
21Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.
22Door / Window / Ventilator Frames:-Providing and Fixing factorymade WPC/PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size100mmx74mm ,having wall thickness 2.0mm (±0.2mm).Both verticals sides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (±0.2mm) and 75mm x 200mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. PVC Door Frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be mitred cut, jointed and fusion welded together,including providing and fixing 3nos of 125mmlong stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos & sizes of anchor dash fastener,all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of engineer- in-charge.
23Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws.
24Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.b) Ornamental grill.
25Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 26Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters and partition etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):(4.1) With Float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

35Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
36Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.(Outside & inside wall as Direction by Engineer In charge)
37Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.
