1Annual cleaning, inspection and Certification for use The work includes isolation of steam circuit & flue gas ducting, dismantling of boiler mountings & doors, Internal & external mechanical cleaning of carbon soot & scale, Descaling/ Chemical cleaning of water drum of boiler, replacement of asbestos rope of doors, overhauling, lapping & hydro testing of all IBR approved valves, payment of IBR fees, Hydro testing and inspection of boilers from IBR competent authority & obtaining the “Certificate for use of Boilers\\", refitting/ reassembly of mountings & doors, refractory work of boilers, box-up work of the boilers and disposal of removed carbon soot.All consumables & materials required for completion of work such as asbestos rope, lapping paste, bags for packing of carbon soot, descaling chemical, refractory materials, industrial safety wears for workers, etc. are under the scope of contractor.
