1(A) Consultancy of structural and engineering design including elevation, side elevation, and sectional elevations, structural drawing (Reinforcement design), working drawing, foundation design & details, plumbing details, electrical details, sanitation details, sewerage & development works design.(B) Vetting of structural design by any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs)/National Institute of Technology (NIT) or any govt institute.(C) Consultant/firm will also carried out digital survey and soil investigation of BOP land and prepared LOP with layout of all existing buildings, proposed buildings and future developments works.(D) Consultant/firm will also submit 3D view Drawings in 04 sets and 2 set of copies in pen drive.
2Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil
3Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
4Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kind of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia
5Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in ordinary / hard rock exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 3m.(Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth upto 1.5 metre).
6Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.
