| 1 | Providing and fixing prefabricated Traffic Police Cabin (Nagrik Sahayata Kendra) of overall size 10'-0\\" × 10'-0\\" × 10'-0\\" complete with RCC/PCC foundation and vitrified tile flooring, fabricated using insulated PUF panels comprising 0.50 mm PPGI sheet on both sides with 80–90 mm thick PUF insulation, complete with all structural members, decorative elevation, roofing, doors, windows, electrical fittings, branding and furniture as per approved drawing and specifications. The item shall include the following complete works:1. RCC/PCC foundation and flooring with vitrified tile finish. 2. 80–90 mm thick insulated PUF wall and roof panels (0.50 mm PPGI on both sides). 3. MS structural frame made from 50×50×2.5 mm square tube, primer coated and painted. 4. Decorative front elevation including CNC-cut WPC/rel wood arch, grill and jharokhas. 5. One insulated PUF door (6.5' × 3') with electronic lock/ manual lock and door closer. 6. One sliding aluminium window (4' × 3') with glass and MS grill and two fixed windows (3' × 2') with protective MS jali. 7. LED display ticker (DIP type) approximately 4' × 2.5' complete with controller and installation. 8. Internal and external electrical wiring, switches, LED tube lights (2 inside & 3 outside), one wall-mounted fan, MCB, DB and all accessories. 9. Stainless steel Grade-304 bollards (50mm dia, 2 mm thick, 300 mm high). 10. 3M reflective branding, UV printed vinyl graphics, logo boxes and side branding complete. 11. One 15-litre hot & cold water dispenser. 12. One room air cooler with honeycomb pads. 13. One office table (1200 × 600 × 750 mm), four office chairs (visitor chair with frame, arm rest and high density seat) and one storage rack (2' × 6'). The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding, welding, cutting, hardware, fasteners, sealants, painting, electrical accessories, taxes, royalties, incidental charges and all other works required for satisfactory completion as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |

Barricade should be fabricated from 75×75×2 mm MS square hollow sections for the main stand/frame and 65×25×2 mm M.S. rectangular hollow sections for the expandable scissor mechanism, complete with heavy-duty wheels at the bottom of the stand for easy movement along with retro-reflective tape on both sides, closed/capped pipe ends, locking arrangement, all necessary nuts, bolts, hinges and accessories, complete with cutting, welding, grinding, surface preparation, primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer, having an approximate weight of 70 kg, complete in all respects as per the approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
