| 1 | To perform under term contract such services and execute such works are required site, upon te terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \\"MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specification and MES Standred Schedule of Rates SSR 2020 Part-II, Rates together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are anumerated in the aforesaid Standard of Rates at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II subject to percentage in excess or less qouted by the contractor above. Or at such other net rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of \\"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\\" 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable. |
| 2 | Note:- (i) Tender shall select/choses the specific option \\"Excess (+) or less(-)\\" available at the 4th row indicating biders name under respective column 'E' as disered by him and quote his BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above /below MEA Standard Schedule of rate. Tender shall insert his derived percentage above or below in the 4th row indicating bidder Name under respective colum 'F' of the BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) The figur (amount) inserted by the MES under colum prescribed for estimeted rate shal be deemed at per with SSR and the amount reflected in subsequent column of BOQ is a tentative gross amount for rough guidence and for reference only.(iii) Similiarly , the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall be done treated for net gross amount for rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor's offer shall be for quoted percentage rate by the contractor in the respective columns above. The work orders for various works/services shall be placed/ordered for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rats Part-II subject to percentage rate quoted by contractor in respective columns above.(iv) Contractor's special attention is invited to condition \\"4 (A) work to be carried out (Applicable only to term Contractors)\\" and condition \\"56 Termination of Contract (Applicable only to term Contracts)\\" of \\" General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) \\". The provision of these conditions of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\\" shall be strictly followed.(v) It is an express condition of this contact that the amount of total work/services required to be done under this contract sheet and contractors shall be bound to execute such works/services as ordered during currancy of the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II subject to quoted percentage rate mentioned above during contract period.
