| 2 | Notes for BOQ Item No. 1.00 here-in-before:-(i) Preventive, Non-comprehensive & Periodical / Breakdown maintenance of all the AC Plants(mentioned here-in-above) shall be carried out Quaterly and work carried out at each Quarter shall be measured as one Unit. The first Quartely maintenance shall be carried out immediately after commencement of work.(ii) The Preventive, Non-comprehensive & Periodical / Breakdown maintenance shall be carried out through authorized vendor of the manufacturer / OEM of the plants failing which the work shall be got executed at the risk & cost of the Contractor. The Contractor shall submit a MoU signed by Vendor/OEM before commencement of work. (iii) The descaling chemical should be non corrosive and non polluting in nature and safe to handle.The Make of Descaling chemical compound shall be Scalebreak/Vizag chemical/Chemtex/West india chemical. (iv) The job includes all three units, condensers & cleaning measures and re-assembling the complete plant after necessary maintenance.(v) Restarting and Maintaining of the required /desired Parameters should be provided by the contractor.
