(iii) To check the refrigeration system, compressor, controller, motor and starter and ensure healthy working(iv) Checking the system for any leaks and rectification of leaks if found including refrigerant. (v) Taking the set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance for the plant. (vi) Checking the control system for operation and adjusting the settings. (vii) Checking the functioning of compressor and its accessories and replace if required.(viii) Annual checking of compressor oil and changing if required.(ix) De-scaling of water-cooled condenser once in a year(x) Checking the functioning of the microprocessor controller for its proper functioning.(xi) Contractor shall provide log sheets with a book for three months each for a year in specified format, complaint slip and complaint register.
