Name of Work:- REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF DRAINS, PATHS, HARDSTANDINGS, FENCING AND BOUNDARY WALLS IN OTM ACCN, MD ACCN AND CENTRAL AMENITIES AT ITARANA MIL CANTT UNDER AGE B/R-I, ALWAR.

4Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) kerb stones and the like of any description and in any position, including breaking, removal and cleaning of the affected area, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
5Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, including demolition of all quoins, arches, pillars and the like, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including breaking, removal and cleaning of site, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
6Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick or stone walls and similar surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and cleaning the surface ready to receive new treatment, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
7M&L for brickwork with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, including soaking of bricks, preparation of mortar, laying in proper bond, filling and finishing of joints and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
8M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry, well bonded, properly bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4, including selection and dressing of stones, filling of hearting and joints and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
9M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of faces, beds and joints of random rubble walling, with maximum depression on face not exceeding 20 mm from a straight edge held against the dressed surface, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
10M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or on surfaces other than fair faces of brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including preparation of background, application, finishing and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
11M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and application of two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer/chalk whiting, including preparation of surface, removal of dust and loose particles, application of primer and two finishing coats uniformly and complete, all as specified and directed by GE.
12M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for construction of surface channels, drains and similar works, including mixing, laying, compacting, finishing, necessary formwork and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
13M&L for Extra over PCC for forming fair finished drains or channels exceeding 30 cm inner girth, including extra cement, necessary forms and moulds, mitred/stopped ends, finishing and all incidental work, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
14M&L cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copings, including preparation of surface, mixing, placing, compacting, finishing to required line, level and slope and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
15Supply only glass dividing strips 3 mm thick and 38 mm wide, suitable for forming division joints in cement concrete/tile work, complete as specified and directed by GE.
16M&L cement concrete 75 mm thick, 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pathways/hardstandings, laid in alternate bays, each panel not exceeding 3.00 sqm, including preparation of base, laying, compacting, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement, necessary formwork and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
17M&L 20 mm thick granite tiles of any type, machine cut, including bedding and jointing with grey cement slurry, pointing with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone, grinding and polishing, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
18M&L 20 mm thick granite tiles of any type, machine cut, for skirting/dado, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone, including grinding and polishing and 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for receiving stone, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
19M&L rubber moulded concrete colour tiles with grey cement and pigment, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22–25 mm thick, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6, including preparation of base, bedding, jointing, finishing and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
20M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment, conforming to IS 15658:2006, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, laid over sand cushioning, including preparation of base, laying, alignment, cutting at edges and joint filling, complete all as specified and directed by GE. Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.
21S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658:2006, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, with grey cement and no pigment, laid over sand cushioning, including preparation of base, laying, alignment, cutting at edges and joint filling, complete all as specified and directed by GE. Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.
22All as per item Nos. 20 and 21 hereinbefore, except that existing/old tiles shall be carefully taken up, cleaned, stacked and reused in the work, including relaying, bedding, jointing, alignment and finishing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
23M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment, conforming to IS 15658:2006, 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, laid over sand cushioning, including preparation of base, laying, alignment, cutting at edges and joint filling, complete all as specified and directed by GE. Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.
24S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658:2006, 80 mm thick, M-35 grade, with grey cement and without pigment, laid over sand cushioning, including preparation of base, laying, alignment, cutting at edges and joint filling, complete all as specified and directed by GE. Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.
25Supply and laying of sand, including spreading, levelling, watering where necessary, ramming/compacting in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness each, dressing to required levels and profiles and complete as directed by GE.
26M&L cement concrete 75 mm thick, 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub-base of floors, including preparation of base, mixing, laying, compacting, levelling, finishing and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
27M&L precast factory-cast cement concrete kerb stones cast in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with plain or interlocking joints as directed, in solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, including setting, alignment, cutting where required and jointing in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
28M&L for preparation of new untreated concrete or plastered surfaces of kerb stones of any description exceeding 10 cm girth or width and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white colours over one coat of primer, including cleaning, preparation and finishing coats, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
29M&L for preparation of old kerb stones, old interlocking tiles/chequered tiles as laid on paths, of any shape and size, including cleaning, scraping/removal of loose paint and preparation of surface and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint in approved colour shade, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
30M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels, gaps between road and roadside kerb stones and the like, including preparation of base, placing, compacting and finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
31M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for plinth protection, laid in alternate bays not exceeding 2.5 m length, finished even and smooth, with joints filled with bituminous mastic, including necessary formwork, preparation of base, compaction, finishing and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
32Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semicorrugated sheets in roof covering, including careful removal of fixing accessories, handling and lowering of sheets and making good the affected supporting surface, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
33M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI-based plain steel sheets, 0.50 mm thick, of approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, for roof covering/cladding to walls and eaves boards, including cutting, fitting, overlaps, necessary accessories and fixing with self-tapping screws, complete as specified and directed by GE.
34M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI-based corrugated steel sheets, 0.50 mm thick, of approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, for roof covering/cladding to walls, including cutting, fitting, overlaps, necessary accessories and fixing with self-tapping screws, complete as specified and directed by GE.
35S&F steel work in tubular sections for purlins, rafters and similar structural/supporting members, including cutting, fabrication, welding, drilling, erection, fixing, special shaped washers and necessary accessories, using induction butt-welded tubes conforming to IS 1161:1998, Grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
36M&L roughcast plaster on exterior walls, including application of undercoat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and, while the undercoat is still in plastic state, application of roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone/fine gravel aggregate 6 to 12 mm size mixed with coarse sand and cement in ratio 1:1:1, finished even, including preparation of surface and curing, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
37Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, breaking, lowering, removal of debris and cleaning of site, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
