The DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories comprising of the following all asper IS 10002, ISO 3046:- (A) Engine : Eco friendly for emission and noise (CPCB NORMS IV) Engine : Eco friendly for emission and noise (CPCB NORMS COMPLIANCE) diesel engine confirming to BS/IS standard,confirming to BS:5514 as per the standard design of OEM to run the DG set in full load / 110% overload with out any change of out put parameters,1500 RPM, liquid cooled complete under NTP condition, with a provision for 10% over load for one hour on 12 hours continious running with the following:- (i) Radiator/Heat exhanger cooling system (ii) Corrosion inhibitor coolent(iii) Engine mounted water pump(iv) Thermostats(v) Fly wheel with housing complete.(vi) Fuel pump system with heavy duty injectors and self contained piping.(vii) Spin on type fuel filters(viii) Lub oil pump with self contained piping.(ix) Heavy duty Turbo Charger(x) Air intake manifold with necessary connections.(xi) Dry type replaceable paper element air filter.(xii) Exhaust manifold with flexible piping system and exhaust chimney extended up to a height as per statutory requirement of local pollution control board.(xiii) Hospital grade silencer.(xiv) Electronic Control panel with Digital governor(xv) Self starter, 12 V, DC(xvi) Display for fault(xvii) Lead acid DC battery 12 volts - 01 Nos(xviii) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator.(xix) Electronic instrument Panel |
| 2 | (B) Alternator : Synchronous alternator suitable for 30 KVA DG, 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase system self excited, self regulated, self ventilated in brushless design provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator with ± 1% all load between no load to full load and power factor 0.8 to unity with 10% overload capacity for one hour in any 12 hours of operation without exceeding temp rise limit, Confirming to IS 4722, BS EN 60034-1 with standared design with IP 23 protection and class of \\"H\\" insulation & having surge seperator for protection of alternator for reverse supply .The alternator shall be capable of carrying an unbalanced load of 25% with out injurious heating of any part, provided rated current is not exceeded.The alternator shall withstand a short circuit at its terminals for three seconds with excitation adjusted to develop rated voltage at noload without any damage. |
