| 2 | M & L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed. |
