Any Defective Part Not Included In The Camc If Required Will Be Provided By The Contractor And Will Be Paid Under This Item For Which The Contractor Has To Submit Bill Of Oem. Damage Occurred Due To Misuse And Anti- Social Elements In Components Will Also Be Paid By Railway After Joint Investigation In Between Railway And Contractor.(Note - The Amount Is Fixed For Schedule B. Hence Tenderer Shall Have To Quote At Par Only. If The Tenderer Quotes Above / Below Against This Item (Schedule B) Then Bid Will Not Be Considered)
