Apply third coat of Dr.fixit/Fosroc/Asian/Berger roofseal select at an application direction that is perpendicular to that of the second coat with the same application coverage rate to achieve total dry film thichness of 900 to 1000 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.50-1.60 litre/sqm in 3 coats. Check to see no void surface is untreated / uncoated. Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. The material having following technical properties: Attains a tesile strength with fibre N/mm 2=6-8 as per ASTM D 2370; Elongation at break = 200% as per ASTM D 2370, Crack bridging ability up to 2mm, Shore-A hardness 80 as per ASTM D2240-2015, Tear Resistance with fibre N/mm 34 as per ASTM D 624. The system comes with 12 year waterproofing warranty from M/S Pidilite Industries/FOSROC/Asian/Berger complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
