Tender For Supply & Fixing Of Architectural 9 Meter Height Twin Arm Conical Step Bend Pole, S/I/T/C Of 9M Height Conical Step Bend Pole Fabricated From A Combination C Steel Pipe Sections Comprising A 3M Height Section Of 324Mm Dia. Steel Pipe And 6M Height Section Made From High Tensile Ms Sheet (3Mm Thick), Having A Top Dia Of 75Mm And Bottom Dia. Of 149Mm, As Shown In The Sketch. The Pole Shall B Gradually Bent To Achieve Pleasing Aesthetics And Provide An Offset Of 1200Mm. A Gradually Bent 42Mm Dia. Ms Pipe Section Shall Be Welded To The Pole At Height Of 6M For Supporting The Light Fixture. The Pole Shall Be Provided With Suitably Sized Steel Base Plate. The Base Plate, Along With Foundation Bolts Suitable Size, Shall Ensure Firm Grouting Into A Specially Designed Rcc Foundation, The Entire Pole Shall Be Fabricated To Provide Pleasing Aesthetics And Shall B Subject To Approval By The Engineer-In-Charge. After Fabrication, The Complet Pole Shall Be Shot Blasted To Ensure Effective Adhesion Of The 3-Layer Coatin System And To Prevent Corrosion. The Pole Shall Be Provided With An Inbuilt Junction Box At The Bottom, Complet With: 1 No. 32A Heavy-Duty Stud Type Connector 1 No. 6A Sp Mcb The Inbuilt Junction Box Shall Be Provided With A Flush-Type Door Of Suitable Size. The Pole And All Its Components Shall Be Finished With A 3-Layer Coating Syste Having A Minimum Coating Thickness Of 100 Microns, Comprising: 1. First Coat-Etch Primer 2. Second Coat- Epoxy Primer 3. Final Coat-Pu Paint In Customised Metallic Grey Colour. The Pole Shall Be Provided With Graphite Grey / Anthracite Grey/Black Standard Colour Options Including Nut And Bolt, 1:1:2 Rcc Foundation M Excavation, Back Filling As Per Give Ga Drawing All T&P Material Etc Complete In Respect As Per Direction By E/I.
