| 1 | SITC of PV Module : Monocrystalline of not less than 200 Wp PV Module with efficiency > 19% under STC equivalent MNRE / SEC Tested/ALMM approved - 200Wp Make – Waree / Vikram Solar/Adani/Neosole/ Green Brillions, Sun2Earth, Ib Solar/Kon Son/Panasonic or equivalent as per the choice of the EIC (Total Wp>= 800 W with 2/4 panels) i) Indigenously manufactured PV module with DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) compliance should be used. ii) The PV module should have crystalline Silicon Solar Cells and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II / BIS 14286 from an NABL of IECQ accredited Laboratory. iii) The power output of the modules under STC should be minimum of 200 Wp at load voltage of 32.8+_0.2 V iv) The open circuit voltage of PV modules under STC should be at least 21.0 Volts. v) The module efficiency should be more than 19%. vii) The PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of Ten(10) years and 80% at the end of Twenty five (25) Years. viii) IP 66 rating .Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. |

The light source will be a white LED type ii) The luminous performance of LEDs used should not be less than 160 lumen/watt. iii) W-LEDs should not emit ultraviolet lightiv) The colour temperature of W-LEDs used in system should be in the range of 5500 ok - 6500 ok. v) Multiple light levels : The lamp should have two levels of light to take care of different lighting needs during the night. vi) 1.5 Sq mm 2 Core cable as per ISI standard to connect between charge controller and SPV module vii) MPPT Charge controller with efficiency > 92%. viii) Duty Cycle :Programmable dimming with minimum 1.5 days autonomy. First six hours full light 100% intensity, next four hours with 80 % intensity and rest of the time of two hours with 50 % at lower light level with fix dimming. ix) OEM Manufacturer must have in-house NABL accredited test lab for LM79 and IS10322 type test testing facility. x) OEM manufacturer need to provide assurance for integration of Battery pack within housing and integration & functionality operation as per requirements.xi) Rating IP 66 xii) LED Chips should be made of Osram/Nichia/Cree/Seoul semiconductor only, with lenses for effective light distribution. Complete system and BMS should provide 1.5days (36 hours) back up in dimming mode using PIR sensor. |

Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. |
| 5 | Remote monitoring for 5 years: Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the system with an inbuilt Remote Monitoring System, integrated with MPPT charge controller and it would record the parameters at a fixed interval of 10 Minutes, Recorded data should be available in the PDF, XLS, JPED, PNG & SVG Format with the Data logging of the following parameters1. Battery: Voltage/Current/Power2. Solar PV Module: Voltage/Current/Power3. Load: ON-Off Status/Voltage/Current/Power4. Fault description5. Site Co-ordinates 6. | 8 | The periodically check up and servicing cost @ 10% of sum of the item no (01) to (07) for each Solar High Mast. The entire system should be in working condition properly during the entire defective liability period. This cost includes the necessary cleaning, check up, replacement of spare parts and necessary adjustment during the whole D.L.P through OEM. The OEM must provide technicians atleast two for monthly inspection, cleaning and maintenance of Solar Panels, battery etc. atleast 8 times a year for each high mast for each of the five years of warranty period and a log book of attendance of the visiting technicians in the letter pad of OEM/ authorised service provider of OEM duly signed by the authority whom the handover will be made, concerned Sub Assistant Engineer and concerned Assistant Engineer. Submission of test reports and warranty certificate for atleast five years from OEM is mandatory. A declaration of notarized warranty of Solar High Mast for five (5) years from an OEM shall have to be submitted by the bidder through an AFFIDAVIT on Govt. Stamp Papers mandatory.
