A tunnel slide, a 7-step staircase, a single wave slide, a 3-lane slide, crawl tunnel and platforms are arranged between these two ends, forming the central play area of the structure.In addition, the play unit includes vertical support posts, platforms, side panels, and a tunnel connecting panels. Furthermore, it includes a frog-shaped thematic element (1830(L) x 1360(W) x 800(H) mm, 45kg weight), a Stegosaurus dinosaur-shaped thematic element (2800(L) x 1420(W) x 1220(H) mm, 60kg weight), sunflower-shaped thematic elements (800(L) x 800(W) x 365(H) mm, 6.5 kg weight), palm tree-shaped thematic elements (1500(L) x 1460(W) x 825(H) mm, 16kg weight), monkey-shaped thematic elements (820(L) x 840(H) mm, 5kg weight), lotus leaf-shaped thematic elements (920(L) x 830(W) x 315(H) mm, 7kg weight ) and tree-leaf cluster-shaped thematic elements (810(L) x 810(W) x 940(H) mm, 9.5kg weight).The thematic elements are installed at elevated positions and shall be securely fixed to the top ends of the vertical support posts using heavy-duty fasteners.At one end of the play unit, a metal climber (1780L) is fixed to a platform fitted 1250mm above ground level. A tunnel slide (640 mm internal diameter) made of LLDPE is provided on the front side of the platform, with its top connected to a panel with a circular opening mounted on the platform. On the rear side of the same platform, a side panel (L1050 x H945 mm) with a double-wave profile along the top edge and evenly spaced vertical slotted openings centrally located within the panel is provided. A platform-to-platform crawl tunnel is provided on the side of the platform, adjacent to the tunnel slide, connecting to the next platform which is also fixed at the same elevation of 1250mm above ground level. The tunnel is secured between two side panels - one on each platform - both having circular openings for tunnel integration. This crawl tunnel (with internal diameter of 640mm) is a straight cylindrical unit (L1225 x H1130mm) with a smooth surface, incorporating a centrally located transparent polycarbonate dome at the top. On the front side of the second 1250mm high platform, a 7-step staircase (1450mm length) is provided and a side panel is installed on the rear side of the platform. This side panel (L1050 x H945 mm) is manufactured from rotomoulded LLDPE and incorporates a double-wave profile along the top edge and a centrally located circular opening divided by integral cross members.Immediately alongside the second 1250mm high platform, a platform at a height of 1450mm from ground level is provided, creating a level difference between the two platforms. Both platforms are interconnected through a step transition unit. On the front side of the 1450mm high platform, a single-wave slide (3350mm length, 35kg weight) is provided and a side panel (L1050 x H945 mm) is installed on the rear side. The side panel features a double-wave profile along the top edge and incorporates a centrally positioned tic-tac-toe play feature comprising roto-moulded rotating blocks, each measuring 230 mm in diameter and 230 mm in height. A slide entry panel of rectangular construction (L1185 x H935 mm), manufactured from roto-moulded LLDPE, is provided at the starting point of the single-lane slide. The panel is of rectangular construction, manufactured from rotomoulded LLDPE, and incorporates a top edge with a central triangular projection, along with a centrally located arched opening extending from the lower portion of the panel.Further alongside the 1450mm high platform, a platform at a height of 1250mm from ground level is provided, creating a level difference between the two platforms. Both platforms are interconnected through a step transition unit. A 2900mm long 2-lane wave slide (weight 50 kg) is provided on the front side of the platform and a side panel (L1050x H945 mm) is provided on the rear side. A slide entry panel (L1040 x H800 mm) featuring a profiled top edge with a semi-circular projection and a centrally located rectangular opening extending from the lower portion of the panel is provided at the starting point of the 2-lane wave slide, and is securely fixed to the vertical support posts. A bridge, made from 2 mm thick MS punched sheet with a curved base and fish-themed side panels on both sides, connects the preceding 1250mm high platform to the next platform fixed at a height of 1450mm above ground level. A 3000mm long 3-lane slide (70 kg weight) is provided on the front side of this platform and a side panel is provided on the rear side. The panel is of rectangular construction and incorporates vertically oriented candle-shaped elements (each having diameter of 230mm and height of 840mm) arranged at regular intervals within a metal frame, with metal rods provided in between the elements. A slide entry panel, measuring L2150 × H1220mm, made from rotomoulded LLDPE, is provided at the entry of the 3-lane wave slide. The panel has a stepped top edge and multiple semi-circular cut-outs along the lower edge.The 1250mm high platform connects to another 1250mm high platform through a bridge which is constructed using multiple curved ribs (made from LLDPE) on both sides and is supported by four horizontal rods, one at the top on each side and two at the bottom, ensuring structural stability and rigidity. On the front side of the second 1450 high platform, a 3-step connecting stair (600mmL) is fixed and a rectangular side panel (L1050 × H945mm) is provided on the rear side. The 3-step connecting stair is further connected to a spiral slide, whose entry point is 1900mm above ground level. Safety railings are provided along the connecting staircase and continue around the slide entry point. The rectangular side panel is made from roto-moulded LLDPE and incorporates moulded surface features depicting a dinosaur-themed scene featuring a stylized Tyrannosaurus rex (T-rex) and associated elements. The 1450mm high platform is also connected to an 8-step staircase (1650mm L), which forms the other end of the play unit. Each platform is supported on all sides by four vertical posts. The platforms are securely connected to the vertical posts using heavy-duty brackets and fasteners. All vertical posts shall be manufactured from pipes (outer diameter approx. 115mm and thickness 3mm) and shall have a powder-coated finish of 90–100 microns thickness, over a zinc-rich primer, to ensure enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability. These posts are securely fixed to the ground and provide support to the platforms, slides, and other elements. The climber, platforms, step transition unit, staircases and connecting stairs are all fabricated from 2 mm thick punched sheets, with anti-skid properties. Each staircase is provided with safety railings on both sides. The railings are fabricated from powder-coated pipes (90–100 microns), with outer frame members having an approximate outer diameter of 30 mm and inner frame members having an outer diameter of 25 mm, both with 2 mm thickness. The clear spacing between adjacent vertical rail members shall be approximately 80 mm for the staircase and 76 mm for the connecting staircase. Each step of the staircase and the connecting stair has a length of 195mm, a width of 590mm, and a riser height of 160mm.The side panels are made of LLDPE (grade 36RA-045) and are firmly secured to the vertical support posts using suitable fasteners. In addition to enhancing the play value, these panels serve as protective barriers along the platform edges. The thematic elements, tunnel connectors and tunnel are all manufactured from Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) using the rotational moulding (roto-moulding) process.The vertical support poles, provided with base plates, are erected in position and the complete play equipment is assembled. Upon completion of assembly, the base plates are securely fixed using anchor fasteners to ensure stability of the structure.All components shall be assembled using heavy-duty, precision-engineered aluminium brackets along with high-strength, tamper-proof, and corrosion-resistant fasteners, ensuring robust connections and long-term structural integrity. The play unit has overall dimensions of L9140 mm × W8230 mm × H6100 mm, with a spiral tunnel slide along with a 7-step staircase at one end, and a spiral slide at the other end. A metal curved climbing ladder, a single-lane slide, 5-step connecting staircases, platforms, a 2-lane wave slide, a 7-step staircase, and a monkey bar are arranged between these two ends, forming the central play area of the structure.In addition, the play unit includes vertical support posts, side panels, slide entry panels, and railings. A side panel, measuring L1185 x H935mm is fixed across from the climbing ladder.The 900mm high platform connects to another platform fixed at a height of 1900mm high platform through a 5-step connecting staircase (L1050mm). The 1900mm high platform is provided with a side panel on one side, another 5-step connecting staircase on one side and an additional platform of same height (1900mm high) on the other side. A spiral slide is installed on the second 1900mm high platform, with the slide entry point located at a height of 1900mm above ground level. The side panel (L1050 x H945) features a double-wave profile along the top edge and incorporates rotating blocks within a frame. It includes overhead horizontal bar with 5 evenly spaced triangular grip handles. One side of the monkey bar is connected to the two vertical support posts of the 1250mm high hexagonal platform. The other side of the monkey bar is mounted on a separate pair of vertical posts fixed to the ground. This vertical posts pair is provided with an integrated access ladder comprising four steps. The ladder steps are fabricated from pipes having an outer diameter of 31.75 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, with a powder-coated finish of 90–100 microns. The overhead horizontal bars are made from pipes of 60 mm outer diameter and 3 mm wall thickness, finished with a powder coating of 90–100 microns. These posts are securely fixed to the ground and provide support to the platforms, slides, staircase, and other elements.The staircase, connecting stairs, and platforms are all fabricated from laser-cut mild steel punched sheet of 2 mm thickness, with anti-skid properties. The staircase and connecting stairs are provided with safety railings on both sides. The railings are fabricated from powder-coated pipes (90–100 microns), with outer frame members having an approximate outer diameter of 30 mm and inner frame members having an outer diameter of 25 mm, both with 2 mm thickness. The structure consists of a centrally supported horizontal beam with one seat at both ends. The overall size of the seesaw is 1900mm in length, 585mm in width, and 770mm in height from the ground. The embedded depth of the seesaw is 250mm. The seating height is about 520 from the ground when the main horizontal beam to which the seats are secured is in a level position. The central vertical support posts (outer diameter 114mm, 3mm thickness) and the main horizontal beam (outer diameter 114mm, 3mm thickness) are fabricated from powder coated pipes (90-100 microns). 17Supply and Fixing at required site, 2-Seater Swing (L3050 x W1220 x H2130 mm) The equipment is a double-user swing set designed for outdoor play areas for children. The structure consists of a sturdy frame with a top cross beam supported on both sides by U-shaped support frames.The overall dimensions of the swing equipment are 3050mm in length, 1220mm in width, and 2130mm in height.The swing set includes side frames formed in a smooth, curved “U” shape, manufactured from powder coated (90-100 microns) pipe with outer diameter of 76.5mm and 3 mm thickness. These frames are connected by a horizontal top bar (swing bar) made of powder coated pipe with an outer diameter of 60 mm and 3 mm thickness.The swing seats, measuring 150mm in length and 670mm in width with a thickness of 5 mm, are made from high-quality PVC. They are slightly curved to support the user and maintain a stable sitting position during operation. The swing seat is provided with triangular metal links at both ends. These links are fixed to the seat, and the swing chains are connected to triangular metal links with heavy-duty hooks. The other end of the chains is connected to the swing bar using reinforced metal connectors. The swing chains are PVC coated and their length is 1510mm. The swing seats height off the ground is 457mm. The 2-seater swing is installed using an in-ground foundation method, with the U-shaped support frames embedded in pits and secured using a mixture of cement, crushed stone aggregates, and stone dust. A foundation pit measuring 450 mm × 450 mm × 250 mm (depth) is excavated at the installation location. The bottom portion of the U-shaped support frames of the swing are positioned within the pit, which is then filled with a mixture of crushed stone aggregates, stone dust, and cement, and is compacted adequately to secure the posts firmly in position. The foundation is allowed to cure to attain the required strength before the equipment is put into use.All parts of the structure are finished with smooth edges and rounded corners to minimize the risk of injury. The fasteners and metal components used are tamper-proof and corrosion-resistant.The maximum load-bearing capacity of one swing is 60kg. All components shall be assembled using heavy-duty, precision-engineered aluminium brackets along with high-strength, tamper-proof, and corrosion-resistant fasteners, ensuring robust connections and long-term structural integrity.
