UTILITY STRUCTURE:Made by hot dip galvanized pipe & roof covered with pre-painted galvalume steel (PPGL) sheet & side wall covered with galvanized mesh with lockable provision with complete required civil work. 01 No.3. Doors: • Main Doors (Common Entrance for Green House and Entry for Corridor): Size 7.87ft × 4.92ft (height × width), normally lockable, made with metallic polycarbonate sheet glazing, top & bottom tracks, jambs, flashings & installation hardware 02 Nos. (double door) • Working Chambers Doors: Insulated Doors 6ft × 3ft (height × width), normally lockable, made with metallic polycarbonate sheet glazing, top & bottom tracks, jambs, flashings & installation hardware. 07 Nos. (Single door) • Air Curtain: MS powder-coated body for normal height. A heavy-duty air curtain with double blowers (4”) prevents loss of cooling/heating effects of air and shuts out insects completely. It also shuts out dust & fumes totally in main entrance door only. 01 No. 06 (Single doors)4. CLADDING:Roof, front wall, end wall, and sidewalls of the greenhouse sets and double room for rigid covering with 10mm thick clear polycarbonate sheet, aluminum profile, EPDM gasket, silicon sealant, and all accessories. 5. SHADING SYSTEM:• External shading: 75% shading net (agro shade net) with manually operated rolling arrangement connected with pipe etc. can be rolled when not required.• Internal shading: Reflective thermal aluminum screen (silver) with motorized expanding & retracting mechanism inside the greenhouse in separate for each chamber wise.6. AIR CONDITIONING COOLING & HEATING SYSTEM:Air conditioner/refrigeration cooling system with temperature accuracy of 20°C to 28°C ± 2°C throughout the year. Specially designed cooling system for facility application. The AHU indoor unit system should be installed inside the facility and controlled from an automation control panel. Centralized HVAC System: A centralized cooling and heating system shall be provided with separate control panels for each chamber to independently maintain the desired temperature and humidity conditions.The HVAC system, including air conditioning units and associated equipment, shall be of Carrier/Mitsubishi Electric/ or other equivalent reputed brands. 7. ULTRA-FINE FOGGING SYSTEM:• High-pressure ultra-fine fogging system with 15 to 20 microns water particle size.• All pipes & fittings should be stainless steel for greenhouse application including electrification and plumbing works.• High-pressure pump with appropriate motor pump (400/220 V AC, 50 cycle, three/single phase).• Nozzle type: High pressures, SS body with SS insert.• Nozzle ID: 0.15 mm / 0.2 mm.• High-pressure pipe. Humidity will be maintained up to 85%. 8. AUTOMATED CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM• To control the climate condition of Greenhouse using a 7-inch or more, touch HMI display on the control panel. • It should include control software designed to achieve optimal growing condition for the crop by controlling Cooling, heating, top screen, misting, lighting and other.• A single main panel shall be provided, followed by individual panels for each chamber, arranged in a chamber-wise configuration Features of automated climate control system• Control system should be capable of Real time clock programming of temperature, relative humidity, lighting status. • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based control system. • More than 7-inch touch display • Multi set-point programming. • Up to 6 time-based period control over equipment • Measuring parameter high & low deviation alarm. • Security: Multi-level password protection. • Alarm history of last 30 alarms • Data recording facility of more than 3 months with 1-minute interval. • Data logging in graphical format & can be exported to Excel using Pen drive • Audio/visual alarm in case of alarm trigger • Remote access to local computers. • Auto restarts in case of power failure with in-built battery. 9. ELECTRICAL WIRING:All wires should be copper and of desired load (Havells/Finolex/KEI or similar reputed brand). Each feature should have its own electric line with MCB and should be underground in PVC pipe complete set with A-grade work. Separate electrical work, panel board, and main switches as well. 10 CIVIL WORK/BASE WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM: • One side retaining wall of approximately 4 ft (H) × 6 ft (W) is required to be raised to achieve the desired levelled surface and ensure proper foundation support for the proposed greenhouse installation. • Foundation wall for all sides of the facility along with buffer room. • Wide base: 1ft. below earth surface, 1.5 ft above finished floor level surface, with 9” wide kick-board. • Floor: anti-slippery tiles. • Floor level: 30 cm above Natural Ground Level (NGL) • Plinth protection: 0.6 m width all around the facility along with connecting corridor. • Partition wall: 4” wide above floor level. • Wall plaster with waterproof painting finish. • Washbasin Sinks (07 nos.) should be provided with complete drainage/plumbing works in each chambers wise. 07 • Shelter of Genset made by Hot Dip Galvanized pipe & roof covered with 0.5mm thick PPGL Sheet covering • Cemented platform including PCC & RCC as per platform size requirements • Only ISI-certified, reputed brands of cement (UltraTech/ ACC/Ambuja/ JK Cement/, or equivalent reputed brands), reinforcement steel (bars/Sariya) (Tata Tiscon/JSW Neosteel/Jindal Panther/SAIL/or equivalent reputed brands), and other major construction materials shall be used for all civil works. 11. MOVABLE BENCHING SYSTEM:• Heavy-duty movable rolling benching system fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each bench shall measure 10 ft × 3 ft × 2.95 ft (L × W × H) with welded GI wire mesh top (50 × 50 mm mesh, 4–5 mm wire diameter). • The bench shall have side-to-side rolling movement on galvanized guide rails with anti-tip mechanism, nylon rollers with sealed bearings, adjustable leveling feet, and a minimum load carrying capacity of 120 kg/m². • Two benches shall be installed in each greenhouse chamber (06 chambers total). • Each chamber shall be provided with a washable sink having inlet water connection and outlet drainage connected to the greenhouse drainage system. • The complete system shall include all accessories, hardware, guide rails, installation, testing, and commissioning. 12 Nos.12.
