Under-cutting of worn-out boom bush housings of both sides (Worn Out ID = 340 mm; ID after under-cut = 342 mm; Length = 336 mm) Total 720.19 cm3 for 02 nos. housings per shovel.2. Rebuilding of under-cut housings by welding (from ID = 342 mm to ID = 332 mm).3. Final finishing of welded holes by co-axial line boring (Initial ID = 332 mm to Final ID = 336 mm) Total 1410.82 cm3 for 02 nos. housings per shovel.4. Total boring volume per shovel will be approximately 2131.01 cm3. |
