2Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works: Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ≥45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ≥1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/ making U-shape groove size 25x25 mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05 kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50 kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05 kg/running metre per coat.including supply of all materials, labours ,scaffolding tools & plantsetc. complete.
3Replacing broken glass panes of window shutters with new plain/pin headed glass panes of 4 mm thick after removing carefully the broken pieces, providing new teak wood beadings using nails including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc. complete.
4Replacing broken fittings of doors, windows with new fittings of approved quality after removing carefully the damaged ones from position, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.-Providing and fixing stainless steel butt hinges 100x60x2.5 mm with necessary stainless steel screws etc. as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete .

16Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area beyond 3 sq. metres .including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
17Providing second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).including cost of all materials labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed.
18Providing and fixing 35 mm thick second class teak wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 37Providing and laying glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of in floor in size of Tile 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.size
38Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including cost of all materials, labour etc complete as directed.
39Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid. including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

43Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm with 2nd class teak wood beading 62x19 mm ,after removing the old net including cost of all materials ,labour ,tools and plants , brass screws etc. complete as directed .
44Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

70Providing and laying six courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first, third and fifth course of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45, 1.20 and 1.45 Kg per square metre of area respectively, second and fourth courses of roofing felt type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322 (Hessian based self finished bitumen felt) , sixth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per sqm including preparation of surface but excluding grading, including supply of all labours, tools & plants, materials,scaffolding etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
71Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry :1part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm per coat, including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

76Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead. including supply of all materials, labour, tools&plants etc complete as as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
