| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of Two in Nos electrically operated automatic passenger / goods lifts of carrying capacity 13 passenger, MAKE -KONE speed 1.5 Mtr/Sec. Simplex unit multi stage control with automatic closing steel door (both car and landings ) Operated with selective or collective control & variable voltage & variable frequency (V3F) control drive system to serve from ground floor to 10 floor, at GANGA BLDG, TYPE-III, 80Qtrs, 25 Acre Land Haldia , keeping the lifts and the accessories in perfect and working condition with the repair/ replacement of all defective/wom out parts/ components, lubricating of the lifts all as required without affecting normal functioning of lift complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. The parts shall be genuine and shall be purchsed from original manufacturer. 2. The package includes all repair/replacement of parts/ components not taken as supply only items.3. Monthly comprehensive maintenance inspection report along with nature of repairs carried out incl material consumed during the month shall be submitted to the dept duly signed by technician and contractor.4. Annual load test of the lift shall be carried out in presence of competent engineer or recognized by WB factories act and necessary test report shall be submitted to the department.5. Monthly ARD functioning report shall be maintained and submitted to the dept.6. Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out by OEM/OEM authorized technicians certificate to be submitted to the department. |
