15Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory-fabricated outdoor LT Distribution Panel Board (Main LT Panel), cubicle type, floor mounted, CPRI approved, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with a structural frame of 50 mm × 50 mm × 6 mm MS angle, complete with front and rear double doors, hinged and provided with locking arrangement, suitable for outdoor installation.The panel shall be provided with 800 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz aluminium busbars of adequate size, mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain/DMC/SMC insulators with adequate phase-to-phase and phase-to-earth clearances, housed in a separate totally enclosed busbar chamber.The panel shall be complete with all internal wiring using PVC insulated copper control wiring, cable alleys, gland plates, earthing terminals, danger notices, engraved aluminium labels, hardware, cable supports, and all necessary accessories required for proper operation.The enclosure shall be treated for corrosion protection and finished with powder coating on both internal and external surfaces in approved grey shade over a suitable anti-corrosive red oxide primer/process treatment, suitable for outdoor weather conditions.The item shall include all necessary civil works, including PCC foundation, grouting, foundation bolts, cable trench interface, and all other incidental works required for complete installation.The work shall be complete in all respects, including testing, commissioning, and handing over, all as specified and directed, comprising the following:(Main LT Panel)

22Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 250 KVA ,415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel silent type outdoor with canopy liquid cooled and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure with AMF control panel having meter and controlling / protective equipment, fuel tank to reserve fuel for minimum 12 Hrs and sound proof canopy as per recent CPCB norms etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Contractor should provide certificate of air pollution related to Emission of oxides of nitrogen and hydrocarbon should not exceed 4.0g/KW-hr and emission of carbon monooxide should not exceed 3.5g/KW-hr.
23(i) Engine (prime mover) : - Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable BHP, fluid cooled , turbo charged 12 volts electric 01 number maintenance free batteries , complete with fly wheel and vibration damper radiator and all standard fittings / fixtures as per standard manufacturing design practice and including suitable instrument panel with RPM meter, lubricant oil temperature & pressure gauge , water temperature gauge and frequency meter(digital type) , battery charging ammeter and fuses and also including self starter (12V) , battery charging alternator , fuel tank etc complete with HWT & LLOP alarm and shut down safeties.Note:- DG set mounting platform included in the quotted rate with foundation shall be made as per company design norms with working space 01 mtr around the 250 KVA DG set with 1M height (from the pilinth foundation) and designed drawing shall be approved by Accepting Offr before commencement of the work.
24(ii) Alternator :- Ac alternator , brushless, 415 Volt AC 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire type rated for continuous output of 250 KVA , PF 0.8, 1500 RPM insulation class \\"H\\" copper wounded enclosure SPDP (IP23) self excited and self regulated with AVR for + 1% voltage regulation , coupled directly suitable to and to match the above engine. (iii) Base plate :- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design / specifications. (iv) Fuel Tank :- Fuel tank shall be 24 hours capacity ,made out of 14 Gauge CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with level indicator drain plug, air vent, float gauge and fuel float switch. (v) Engine control panel :- Made of 14 gauge CRCA MS sheet dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 41 or superior) duly fitted with the equipment meters specified in particular specifications. (vi) Safeties :- for high enclosures temperature and emergency shut-down from out side 1 number, 180AH 12 V lead acid batteries and adequate size copper conductor cable leads.
25(iii) AMF PANEL (FOR DG SET):-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel suitable for automatic changeover between mains and DG supply, complete in all respects as specified and as directed, comprising fully automatic microprocessor/PLC based control system with DG auto start/stop facility for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system, suitable for DG set of required capacity, having Auto/Manual/Test modes, fabricated from CRCA steel sheet (2.0 mm thick for structure and 1.6 mm for doors), floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, powder coated with 7-tank process, with IP-54 protection (indoor), complete with top/bottom cable entry and adequate space for ventilation and maintenance, equipped with electrically and mechanically interlocked 4-pole MCCB/ACB/contactor-based changeover system with neutral switching to prevent parallel operation, incorporating logic for mains failure detection (under/over voltage, phase failure, phase reversal), automatic DG starting, load transfer, retransfer on mains restoration with adjustable timers and shutdown after cooling period, complete with protections for under/over voltage, phase failure/reversal, overload and short circuit, DG protections including LLOP, HWT, over/under speed and emergency stop, provided with digital multifunction meter (V, A, Hz, kW, kWh, PF) with RS-485, LED indications for mains/DG/load/fault status, selector switches, push buttons, audible alarm with acknowledge, high conductivity aluminium/copper busbars rated minimum 1.5 times full load current, FRLS copper control wiring duly ferruled and numbered, provision for RS-485/Modbus communication for BMS/SCADA integration, two earthing terminals with proper bonding, and complete with routine factory tests and site testing including functional AMF operation, DG auto start/stop and changeover under simulated conditions, conforming to IEC 61439 / IS 8623 and IEC 60947 standards, including submission of GA drawing, SLD and control scheme for approval prior to execution.NOTES : (i)Panel rating and components shall be selected to suit the DG set capacity and site load requirements.(ii)All accessories required for safe, reliable and continuous operation shall be deemed included, whether specifically mentioned or not.(iii)Contractor shall submit GA drawing, SLD and control logic diagram for approval prior to manufacture.(iv)Panel shall be suitable for continuous 24×7 operation under site conditions.
26General Notes:(i) Factory Inspection shall be carried out in presence of the nominated representative of Accepting Officer/Engineer-in-Charge, and clearance shall be obtained before dispatch.(ii) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for 12 Hrs continuous run for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in above offer with testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of rep of Accepting officer / IEM .(iii)All equipment shall be inspected and tested at manufacturer’s works and at site as per relevant IS/IEC standards. Test certificates shall be submitted, and commissioning shall be carried out after approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
27CENTRAL AC PLANT
28AIR-COOLED SCREW CHILLER (3 x 75 TR)Design, loading, transportation, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning of factory assembled microprocessor controlled air-cooled screw chiller units of minimum 75 TR capacity each, suitable for ambient conditions of Prayagraj, complete in all respects. The plant shall consist of 3 Nos. chillers (2 Working + 1 Standby), providing a total installed capacity of 225 TR with minimum operating capacity of 150 TR. The chilled water system shall be designed for leaving water temperature of 7°C and entering water temperature of 12°C.Each chiller unit shall comprise the following :(a) Compressor: Twin/multiple semi-hermetic screw compressors (hermetic/semi-hermetic type) operating on eco-friendly refrigerant R-134a, complete with crankcase heaters, automatic capacity control (minimum 25%-100% modulation), suction and discharge service valves, forced feed lubrication system with oil separator, oil level and pressure safety devices, and acoustic enclosure. The compressor motor shall be refrigerant-cooled (for hermetic/semi-hermetic type) and of squirrel cage induction type suitable for 415V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-phase supply.
29(b) Condenser: Air-cooled condenser comprising of copper tubes mechanically expanded into aluminium fins, complete with statically and dynamically balanced low-noise axial fans driven by TEFC motors. The condenser shall be provided with safety relief valves, purge provisions, receiver of adequate capacity, and necessary isolation/shut-off valves(c) Evaporator: Shell and tube type DX/flooded evaporator with steel shell and copper tubes, designed for chilled water application and provided with suitable baffles, drain points, and adequate heat transfer surface area. The evaporator shall be insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber insulation with aluminium foil facing of adequate thickness. The unit shall be complete with cooling and anti-freeze thermostats, with anti-freeze protection factory set and sealed.(d) Control Panel: Microprocessor-based control centre housed in a fully enclosed steel cabinet with IP-55 protection, with separate compartments for power and control wiring. The control system shall include monitoring and display of suction/discharge pressure, oil pressure, refrigerant temperature, compressor status, fault diagnostics, and safety protections including high/low pressure cut-out, phase reversal, overload, anti-freeze protection, etc. The system shall be BMS compatible with RS-485 communication (Modbus/BACnet)(e) Power Panel: Factory-wired power panel (IP-55 protection) including starters for compressors and condenser fans, complete with internal wiring, protections, and terminal blocks for external connections.(f) Refrigerant & Oil: Initial charge of eco-friendly refrigerant R-134a and compressor oil shall be included

31Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water pump sets of horizontal split casing / end suction type, suitable for continuous duty, driven by IE3 efficiency squirrel cage induction motor, operating at 1450/2900 RPM, complete with common base frame, flexible coupling with guard, foundation bolts, and vibration isolation pads. The pump shall be suitable for delivering the required chilled water flow of approximately 360 USGPM (for two chillers in operation) against a total dynamic head of 35–40 metres, as per system design. Each pump shall be complete with mechanical seal, bronze impeller, shaft, bearings, and all internal components as per OEM standards. The motor shall be suitable for 415 ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC supply, and shall be provided with suitable starter (star-delta/VFD as specified), control panel, and all protections. The scope shall include inlet and outlet pressure gauges, isolation valves, non-return valve, Y-strainer, flexible connectors, and necessary piping connections. The pump sets shall be provided in configuration of 2 Working + 1 Standby (each pump of 100% capacity), complete in all respects as specified and as directed
32Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of weatherproof, factory-built, floor-mounted chilled water double skin type horizontal Air Handling Units (AHUs), constructed from 50 mm thick double skin panels comprising of pre-plasticized G.I. sheets of 0.8 mm thickness for both inner and outer skins, with factory injected polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation having thermal break profile. The AHU shall be complete with blower section consisting of DIDW centrifugal fan (forward/backward curved as per design) statically and dynamically balanced to deliver the required airflow against specified static pressure, cooling coil section with aluminium fins and copper tubes (minimum 0.5 mm tube thickness), minimum 6-row deep, filter section with 50 mm thick washable synthetic pre-filters having minimum efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron, and eliminators wherever required. The unit shall be provided with belt drive arrangement driven by IE3 efficiency TEFC motor suitable for 415 ±10% volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase supply and compatible with VFD operation. The AHU shall include stainless steel (18G) insulated drain pan, drain piping connections, vibration isolation mounts, access doors with gaskets, and all necessary accessories complete in all respects. Each AHU shall be provided with a single motor (no internal standby motor arrangement) and designed for reliable continuous operation complete as per specification and of following capacities.(i) 20000 CFM @ 50 mm WG – Hall-1 AHU

71Supplying, Fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted.
