| 1 | Daily Sweeping & Cleaning in (i) Admin building ( different types of floor areas in different rooms, corridors, lift lobbies, window sills etc.) and Weekly Sweeping & Cleaning in (i) Admin bldg partially & CTS building(GF & FF lift and entrance lobby) Floors and weekly wet mopping including dusting top of office Tables, computer tables & workstation table tops etc., Sill granite Tops, disinfection of door handles lift buttons, switch boards, computer keyboard, mouse, top of tables, chair arms by spraying or wet mopping using 1% hyphochloride solution ( spray machine, 1% Hyphochloride solution will be supplied by dept. free of cost) both the above ares of Admin building & CTS building all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, mouth masks, gloves and other PPE kits required for the operation and disposal of wastes generated and garbage collected in covers /bucket/dust bins to the municipal dust bins. The required consumables like Hypochloride, Tiles cleaner liquid, soap solution, bleaching powder etc., shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately (Time schedule of sweeping and cleaning /Mopping of floors shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge) - Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. |

| 4 | Cleaning the Toilet floors, claddings, mirrors (dry mopping), Counter tops, Sanitary installations and Fittings / Faucets like IWCs, EWCs, wash basins, sinks, urinals, etc., Granite counter top slab, urinal partitions using disinfectants, chemicals, detergents, etc , where ever required, Dropping urinal cakes in urinals, naphthalene balls in the wash basins, sinks all complete as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation and disposal of waste generated and garbages collected in covers/dust bins/bucket to the Municipal dust bins. The required consumables like urinal cakes / naphthalene balls etc. shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately. Time schedule of Cleaning of Toilet shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. |

| 9 | Sweeping & cleaning with broom in the basements, parking, Roads, pavements and other open areas , substation, STP room, Security Cabin excluding the Horticulture/garden area, all complete as directed by the Engineer-In - Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation and disposal of waste generated and garbage collected in covers/dust bins/bucket to the Municipal dust bins. Time schedule of cleaning shall be followed as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water if any will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. (a) Area of 7428 Sqm- Daily sweeping of Road Pavement and (b) Area of 2950 Sqm - Weekly sweeping of 1st and 2nd Basement parking Note: The above operations for all the working days in the month will be measured as one month for the area details as per annexure A. |
| 10 | Cleaning of roof, terrace once in six month including removing small plants, grass etc. complate including removal of rubbish garbages from roof to ground for removal to dumping area as per local municipal rules as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 11 | Cleaning of Aluminium partitions / Frameless Glass partitions/ inside surface of facade using mild liquid soap, Colin ( For Glass Surfaces ) or as required including removing cobweb from ceiling, junctions of partition etc. disposal of generated waste and garbage collected in covers/dust bins /bucket to the municipal dust bin all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation. Supply of cleaning liquid shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately. - Time schedule of cleaning of Aluminium partitions / Frameless Glass partitions/ inside surface of facade shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. (Surface area cleaned per square metre per occasion will be measured for payment) |
| 12 | Cleaning of fire exit staircase area by brooming and wet moping including removing cob web, dust in ceilings, walls, doors, windows, hand rails etc including disposal of generated waste and garbage collected in covers to the municipal dust bin etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation. The required consumables like cleaning liquid colin etc.shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately. Rate to be quoted is per sqm floor area of Treads & landings of staircase. Time schedule for the above operations shall be followed as directed by the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. (a) Staircase floor area of 457 Sqm- Monthly sweeping, cleaning and wet mopping.Note: The above operations for once in a month will be measured as one month for the area details as per annexure A. |
| 13 | Supplying and stocking properly of necessary chemicals and cleaning liquids required for the period of one year to the Engineer -in- charge and maintaining a store to have a record of usage of all chemicals all complete as per the direction the Engineer in charge. Purhcase of chemicals by the agency to be done on monthly basis as per directions of incharge. Materials supplied shall be kept under Store which will be in double lock arrangement, one lock with Engineer in charge SDE/JTO and another lock with Agency or /authorized representative. Stock register shall be maintained duly signed by authorized representative of agency and Engineer in charge. |
