| 3 | Dismantling the motor sparts then Rewinding Mechanical repairing of 160KW/220 HP,1.1KV,1500RPM ABB make 3 Phase squirrel cage induction motor stator with supplying super enamel copper wire,with Class F insulation material,Glass tape, nomex, glass wages, including Coil molding charges, heat vernishing by supplying Dr Beak F-50 Vernish .Setting of terminal box , allignment of Cooling fan including as required , balancing as required and heating at heat chamber etc. work , bearing housing opening by puller opening of bearing as required ,fitting fixing of new bearing as per required, Assembling the motor by experts after repairing works, complete the motor at work shop , as per direction of EIC . (Routine Testing cirtificate should be provide of repaired motor before installation and commissioning at site as per satiesfection of EIC |
