| 1 | Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installations including Diesel Generator Set (250 KVA Genset at CE office and 125 KVA Genset at Central stores), cleaning & greasing of Gensets, filling of POL, changing Engine oil, handling of HSD oil & other POL, checking the supply, operating the change over switch for shifting the line between the electricity departmnent supply and generator supply, & ON/OFF operation and maintenance of electrical lift in ALHW office building of the lift and all other electrical appliances and fixtures provided in to the ALHW office & Central stores including ON/OFF operations of electrical installations, repair works/replacing works of LED lights/tubes, street lights,checking the connection in the pillar box, MH lamps, fused tubes, tube light frames, bulbs, chokes, switches, switchgears, sockets, plug points, ceiling fan, wall mounting fan, exhaust fan and accessories, winding of fans, wiring works for electrical fittings and points, Panel Boards etc., helping in all AC maintenance works and attending other electrical maintenance nature of works as and when arises or as directed by the Engineer in Charge in time to time, keeping one office asssistant in all working days for maintaning records in respect of day to day works, electrical fittings, T&P's, complaint registers and other entries related to electrical maintenance excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by department on free cost but including cost of all labour charges, tools and plants, scaffolding charges, GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc. complete |

| 5 | Attending repair & maintenance of Air conditioners (Spilt/Window/Tower/Inverter types) unit of 1/1.5 /2.0 ton capacity by carrying out servicing of Indoor / Outdoor units of Air Conditioner unit ie water wash/chemical wash, removal of dust in evaporator/ condensor fins cleaning/washing of air filters, checking of joints, weather coverings on liquid and gas line,safety valve, drain pipe flow etc,attending repairs and replacement of AC spares such as Compressor, Condensor, capacitor, Swing Blades, Swing Motor, Blower fan, blower fan motor, Indoor/Outdoor fan blade, motor, fan bush, display unit, drain water unit, AirFilters, gas/liquid valves, copper pipes, copper coils,insulation, contactor, relay, PCB kit, etc other maintenance nature works, testing & commissioning, fixing of new Air Conditioner units and allied works, as and when assigned by the Engineer in charge , excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST, etc complete. (One AC Technician shall be engaged per operation day) |

| 7 | Attending data entry operations, diary & dispatch works, maintenance of files, records, registers and other miscellanous works at the office of DCE (Mech) as directed by the EIC, including all labour cost, LWC, GST etc complete. (One Matriculate-SM shall be engaged per working day) |
