| 1 | Supply of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Outdoor Type (IP64), RMU (Ring main unit) 3 way Comprising of 3 Nos, 2 as incoming and 1nos as outgoing SF-6 vacuum circuit breaker having STC capacity 20KA for 1 seccond , inside robotically / manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 100/1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA - 4 No's. & Resin cast ring core metering CT 50/1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA - 4 No's. on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test report for IAC AFL 21KA for 1 second for both tank and cable box should have minimum 3 ways function ring main unit plug in type extensibility must be provided and coupling bus bar should not have expose to air to avoid oxidation. (RMU must be manufactured at place of the OEM and no third party shall be accepted) as per IEC62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site.(A) Note :- Other details:- System Particulars(i) Nominal system Voltage : 11kV(ii) Voltage variation on supply side : (+) or (-) 10%(ii) Corresponding Highest System Voltage : 12kV(iii) Frequency : 50Hz with (+) or (-) 3% tolerance (iv) Tranient condition : -20% or + 10% combined variation of voltage (B) 3 Nos. 630 Amp Motorized SF6 insulated Vacuum Circuit Breaker RMU, triple pole, single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95 Sqmm. (C ) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have LCD (16 x 2). Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without shunt trip coil, Last 5 Fault Record with Time stamp, battery pack replaceable from front complete all as spd and directed.
