| 1 | LiDAR mounted Drone Survey - Topographical surveys across various states of India as per requirements in hilly & plain areas, including the preparation of orthophoto/ orthophotomosaic maps of landslide areas or elsewhere using a LiDAR sensor mounted drone and DGPS. The drawings shall be prepared at a scale of 1:500/1:1000 or as required, with contour intervals of 2m for minor and 10m for major contours. Sections should be provided at every 10m interval or as specified, indicating the following details viz. all Major & minor landmarks, Chainage details, Grid with Northing and Easting coordinates (UTM), Landslide area including slide lines, all structures such as: Roads (including type: NH/SH and direction of all roads surveyed), Culverts, Bridges, Buildings, huts, Retaining structures, Electric Poles & electric lines, Pillars, Water lines and structures, Water streams/rivers, Benchmarks and control points, Forest, Vegetation and trees. This work also includes Establish a minimum of two (02) nos. of Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs) at each site on a permanent structure, marked with nails and/or paint with Provide the latitude, longitude in UTM coordinates, Elevation with respect to MSL for all TBMs & GCPs. Also includes supply of Soft copies in AutoCAD (.dwg), TIFF, .shp, .pdf formats, Hard copies with 03 sets (including 02 sets on A3-sized paper (readable format) and 01 sets on A0/A1/A2-sized paper at the specified scale, Plan should be in Separate sheets, a colour report (A4 size paper (s) in 02 set per assignment/location with photographs of each locotions/sites contains detail of site, methology, instrument etc., including All costs of manpower, labor, surveying instruments, camp equipment, boarding and lodging, transport, wear & tear of equipment’s and other incidental expenses are to be included or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Complete in all respects. |

| 7 | Locating, Verification and Establishment of DGPS GCP on site - Deployment of personnel to the proposed site, as and when required, along with necessary instruments for Location, Verification and Establishment of DGPS control points and benchmarks (TBM) with Nails (Gulmek) & synthetic enamel paint, in coordination with the concerned agency, including provision of instruments, transportation, loging & boarding and all incidental arrangements, complete in all respects. |
| 8 | Demarcation of Landslide area using open source freely available of satellite imagery and QGIS Software- Carry out progressive landslide analysis using open Source imagery available in the public domain such as LISS-IV, Google Earth, Sentinel-2 etc., of last 8 years. The analysis for each landslide site shall be conducted quarterly of Last eight (8) years. A comprehensive report to be prepared & submitted to the department including progressive landslide demarcation maps for each quarter and for all (8) years of each site, along with calculated area statistics. A separate report for each site should be submitted in two copies, printed in colour on A4-size paper, including all details. This also includes all costs related to manpower, labor, office equipment & intruments, all wear & tear of equipment, software, experts and other incidental expenses, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
