9Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.(One or more coats on old work).

11Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 M lead

Dismantling of all or the required components viz L-drop, T-bolts, handles etc. as per requirement and assembling the same by reusing the usable components and replacing the worn out components with the new timber/fittings wrought frame and fixed (excluding the cost of new fittings and new timber but including the cost of new carriage bolts if any found missing or damaged). All the screws to be replaced by new one and including the cost of all the labour, cartage, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction Engineer I/C. Also including the painting of new timber components with one coat of the pink primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint one coat of the repainting part of the shutter to give an uniform finish to match the surroundings of shutter. Door Shutters
18Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows from the existing chowkhats, bringing it to the Maint. Store workshop. 19Attending day to day minor complaints of non-residential/residential buildings pertaining to carpenter work such as :i) Easing of doors/windows shutters.ii)Replacement of required fitting if necessary.iii) Removal, cutting & fixing of glass panes.iv)Misc. Repair work in regard to false ceilings, display boards, A.C.,frames & pelmets & furniture items, wooden partition etc. The Contractor is required to supply the tools & labour only for proper completion of work. All material as mentioned under item (i) to (iv) shall be issued by the department free of cost at concerned maintenance store. The contractor has to quote the rates per complaints.
20Providing & fixing PVC P-trap (self cleaning design) of 100mm inlet and 100mm outlet as per direction of Engineer in charge.
21Checking and repairing of seepage & leakage in BHEL Township residential and non residential buildings either through floor trap, WC seat / trap bend, tee etc. or any other source. The work may include dismantling of brick work bath room floor, WC floor, taking out WC seat carefully and repairing the same including all T & P labour etc. and disposal of the dismantled material. Any fitting required to be replaced shall be paid separately under their respective items. All the material required viz. Cement, sand, shingle etc. will be issued by the department free of cost at maint. store. The work is to be carried out as per entire satisfaction of Engineer I/C.
22Supplying and stacking of well-seasoned deodar wood planks in different sizes for repairing door, windows, ventilators shutters as approved and as direction of Engineer-In -charge.
