| 1 | Comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (Partial) for 400kVA Oil-Cooled Servo Stabilizer & MCCB Panel: (Mohanur Headworks - 2 nos, Jedarpalayam Headworks - 1nos, Thummankurichi Booster station - 1nos) Providing year-round maintenance services including four (4) mandatory Quarterly Preventive Maintenance visits and unlimited breakdown support. The Lumpsum rate includes:1. Mechanical & Electrical Spares: Provision and replacement of all Servo Motors, Gear Wheels, Drive Chains, Carbon Brushes, Carbon Rollers, and tensioning springs as required to ensure 24/7 operation. 2. Oil Management: Regular monitoring and top-up of Transformer Oil (IS-335 Grade) and replacement of gaskets/seals to rectify any leakages. 3. Testing & Calibration: Annual Oil BDV (Breakdown Voltage) testing, Insulation Resistance (Megger) testing, and periodic calibration of output voltage parameters. 4. MCCB Panel: Routine servicing of the integrated Input/Output MCCB panel, including tightening of power terminations, thermal scanning of lugs, and cleaning of busbars. 5. Labor: All labor, tools, multi-meters, safety gear, and transportation for technicians. Exclusions: This lumpsum rate specifically excludes the cost of Main Controller PCBs/Cards and the replacement of the Main MCCB units/Change over units/Power Cables,, which shall be handled on an actual-cost basis if required as per the Current Schedule of Rates (SoR) |
