Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Assistance For Cooking And Cleaning At Kolgaon Canteen Near The Managers Office At Kolgaon Ocm Under Mungoli Sub Area For 730 Days - Assistance To Day-To-Day Cooking And Allied Works Such As Carrying Materials From Market To The Canteen, Storage Of Food Ingredients At Their Designated Places, Filtering & Storage Of Drinking Water At Its Designated Places, Cleaning/Washing Food Ingredients, Serving The Food, Cleaning/Washing Utensils, Keeping The Utensils At Their Designated Places, Cleaning Kitchen Platform, Cleaning Dining Table(S) Etc.Note:(I) All The Above Jobs Are To Be Carried Out By The Contractor As Per Instructions Of The Incharge Of The Canteen Or His/Her Representative.(Ii) The Contractor Is Required To Deploy Suitable & Trained Cooks & Cook Helpers (Numbers As Specified In Item No. 1.01 To 1.02) In Shifts (Including Night Shift). Shift Timings & Shift-Wise Deployment Shall Be As Decided By The Incharge Of The Canteen Or His/Her

Shift timings & shift-wise deployment shall be as decided by the Incharge of the Canteen or his/her representative & they can be changed from time-to-time. Providing rest days/ holidays/ leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable relievers/ substitutes for the job.(iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place by the Incharge of the Canteen or his/her representative. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.). Attendance certified by the Incharge of Canteen to be produced before Civil Department for measurement entry.(iv) Each worker must be equipped with adequate safety accessories such as washable & reusable face masks (if & when required), shoes, washable & reusable hand gloves, and aprons. Moreover, they also have to be equipped with raincoats and torchlights, depending upon season, weather conditions, and shift timings. 4Assistance for day-to-day sanitation/ hygiene/ cleanliness of Canteen (including building, open areas, etc.) and maintenance & upkeeping of lawn/ garden. The work includes:(A) Daily sweeping & mopping of floors, cleaning of dado with wet cloth, removing spider webs from walls and ceilings, cleaning of doors & windows with wet cloth, cleaning & dusting of wire mesh, etc.;(B) Daily dusting/ cleaning (with dry or wet cloth as per requirement) of tables, chairs, beds, and other similar furniture items;(C) Daily sweeping & brooming at the locations open to sky;(D) Daily cleaning of WC pans, urinals, wash basins/ sinks;(E) Cleaning of roof & chhajjas by sweeping & brooming, as & when required;(F) Clearing grass, weeds, & minor shrubs, as & when required;(G) Cleaning of drains, choked inspection chambers, & choked sanitary pipelines, as & when required;(H) Daily collection of garbage at designated points;(I) Watering of plants & grass;(J) Trimming & shearing of grass;(K) Trimming/ prawning of plants;(L) Digging of holes and earth cutting;(M) Replacement & planting of plants & grass;(N) Blending/ mixing of earth with sludge/ manure/ fertilizer;(O) Application of manure/ fertilizer;(P) Removal of dead & fallen parts, such as leaves, flowers, etc. and putting them at the designated point(s); and(Q) Other allied jobs related to sanitation/ hygiene/ cleanliness and gardening.Note:(i) All the above jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per instructions of the Incharge of the Canteen or his/her representative;(ii) The contractor is required to deploy 1 worker daily for this job.
