| 1 | Cleaning of Shoulder Drains: Clean the shoulder drains in and around the Docks and Quays area by removing silt, debris, and other obstructions, and dispose of the collected waste at the nearest dumping yard. | 12 | Maintenance of Trolley Duct Steel Maintenance of the trolley duct steel framework by cutting and removing the existing corroded chequered plates and angle members, fixing new base plates by means of mechanical anchor bolts of after making the required holes in the base plates, fixing new angle members by welding, and fixing new chequered plates over the angle supports using 6 Nos. bolts per meter. The joints between adjacent chequered plates along the edges shall be welded.The work shall also include cutting, fitting, alignment, welding, bolting, tightening, removal of debris, collection and disposal of scrap materials and waste to the designated dumping yard within the CSL premises, and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion of the work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, supervision, tools and tackles (except those supplied by CSL), welding equipment, consumables other than those supplied by CSL, handling, transportation, and all incidental expenses required for complete execution of the work.Materials supplied by CSL: All steel items, bolts, welding electrodes, drilling machine, and facilities for cutting plates and making the required holes. |
