4Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements, lead & lift, tools & plants, scrapping & cleaning the surface, all other charges etc., complete.
5SE Painting
6a) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two coats on old work after scrapping, cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.
7b) Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Old work (Two coats) including scrapping, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements, lead & lift, tools & plants, and all other charges etc., complete.

9GI Angle/GI barbed wire
10c) Replacement with new Providing and fixing GI angle 50x50x5mm for hand rail/ angle post over compound wall of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer including GI angles, tubes & flats of required sizes, including necessary hoisting, welding, fabrication, grinding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface etc. at all heights all as per drawing, standard specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants, lead & lift, scaffolding, safety measures, removal and all other charges etc., complete. 11b) Replacement with new providing and fixing G.I. barbed wire of approved brand for Fencing of compound wall provided with horizontal lines of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed to the GI angle all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements, removal, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. 21Plastering/ cracks work
22a) 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrngements, lead & lift, tools& plants, curing, and all other charges etc., complete.
23b) Repair works to cracks at all heights in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in 'V' section , cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturer all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements, lead & lift, tools & plants, curing and all other charges etc., complete.
24Earth work/back filling
25a) Earth work in ordinary rock in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, dressing at sides, ramming at bottom all as directed by Engineer-in charge including cost all labour, materials, scaffolding, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

34a) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure of approved quality for below plinth level with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes and sizes in all as per direction of Engineer in-charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.
35b) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. 42Waterproofing Works
43a) Providing and laying water proofing treatment for bathroom inside sunkun etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry) all as directed and standard specifications including cleaning, removal of algae, laying, mixing, curing as directed by the engineer in charge including cost of at all heights, materials, all labours, tools & plants,curing, scaffolding, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete. (This work shall be done through 3rd party of water proofing agency as per approved. For sunken portion & UG water sump)
44c) Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. All as directed and standard specifications including cleaning, removal of algae, laying, mixing, curing as directed by the engineer in charge including cost of at all heights, materials, all labours, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete.(This work shall be done through 3rd party of water proofing agency as per approved. For Roofing portion)
45d) Replacement of damaged with new Providing and laying pressed clay tiles where ever necessary on roof slab (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, safety arrangements,lead & lift, tools & plants, curing and all other charges etc., complete.
46e) Renovation putty for kota stone floor joints & skirting sides,top, rises with new putty with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, finished with epoxy grout touch ups etc. for complete leak proof at all joints for entire staircase of all landing floors/risers/skirting/treads after proper cutting & cleaning of joints . All as directed by the engineer in charge, as per standard specifications and as directed including cost at all heights, all materials, all labours, tools & plants, lead & lift, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete. (For entire staircase per block)
47f) Re-Polishing on existing mosaic flooring & skirting at all heights should be looks good. The charges it includes clean the surface, rectify the damaged portion & match the floor surfaces, polishing upto good look, cleaning, all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials,scaffolding, safety measures, tools and plants etc. complete.
48For Doors & windows
49a) Replacement with new Providing and fixing of 30mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters at all heights for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge all as per standard specifications, and as directed including cost of all labour, materials,removal existing shutter, scaffolding, safety measures, tools and plants etc. complete.
50b) Replacement with new Providing & fixing of 5.0 mm thick Float glass panes (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) of approved brand and quality for required doors & windows including replacement where ever necessary all as per direction of Engineer in-charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of at all heights, all labour, materials, scaffolding, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. (for windows)
51c) Providing and fixing of 2nd class teak wood beading matching to window glass panes all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, removal, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.
52Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm) made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. 55g) Repairs to wooden Doors/Windows/CB frames & shutters and entrance MS grill doors including Fittings & fixtures for free movement and replace the damaged wood by 2nd class teak wood ,apply wood putty and provide wooden beading where ever necessary, papering for smooth finish all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, etc. complete. (for existing Doors/Windows/CB). This includes shutter removal & refixing, modification/ adjustment of wooden/ flush doors to smaller size by cutting in proper shape and grinding whatever required to make free movement.

57i) Replacement with new Providing and fixing magnetic catcher Double strip (horizontal type) at all heights of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, removal,scaffolding, lead & lift, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.
