| 1 | Providing and applying polymer modified mortar for RCC repairing works in 15mm (avg) thick cement plaster in patches using cement mortar 1:4 (1 part cement: 4 parts sand) to walls, columns, beams, ceilings etc. in smooth finish. The rate shall include the cost of curing, scaffolding (if necessary) and removing / dismantling the existing plaster and disposal of debris out of Bank’s premises to Municipal Corporation dump. Note: - (i) Plaster will be carried in two layers wherever thickness exceeds more than 16 mm.(ii). No Extra payment shall be made/ paid for providing extra thickness of polymer mortar as required at site as directed by the bank’s –engineer – in- charge.(iii) The rate shall include Providing and fixing double scaffolding system as per directions. |
| 2 | Providing and applying 12mm (avg) thick cement plaster in patches using 1:4 (1 part cement : 4 parts sand) as per approved make specifications matching to the adjoining at all height and levels including scaffolding, hacking, curing & cleaning etc. as required at site as all as directed. Note:i) No extra payment shall be made/ paid for providing extra thickness of plaster as per site condition.ii) The rate shall also include the water proofing compound as per the manufactures specification which shall be mixed with the cement mortar of plastering materials for all the plastering work of bath, wc, and kitchen walls areas to avoid seepages, dampness to the walls surfaces. |
| 3 | Preparation of surface by scraping, sandpapering, and filling the unevenness and undulation by providing and applying POP / special putty to get even and smooth surface. |
| 4 | Carefully preparing the existing ceiling and wall surface by scrapping dirt, loose paints etc. with the help of sandpaper, Patti etc. and cleaning with cotton cloth etc. Providing and applying one or more coats of cement primer and two or more coats of 1st quality premium 100% acrylic plastic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and shade as per the specifications to interior surface of walls, ceilings, beams, lobbies all complete as directed. Rate shall also include minor repairing/preparation of surface, filling of gaps/cracks with POP/Putty. |

| 7 | Providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer to the M.S. work surfaces of doors, windows, and any other surface in the flat including preparation of surface sand papering, scraping etc. all complete as directed. |
| 8 | Providing and applying one or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint (SEP) / plastic emulsion to internal surfaces of wardrobes, loft above wardrobe with depth ranging from 600mm to 700mm and laminate/ SEP on external surface of shutters as one unit including shelves, drawers, etc. including painting / polishing of shutters, lipping, beading, margin etc. as per existing finish.Note: Only external plain front surface area will be measured for payment. |
