| 1 | Finishing wall with water proofimg cement paint of apporved brand and manufacturing and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to vien an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powered materials. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Extra for every subsequent coat of water proofing cement piant of approved brand and manufactures in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

And under 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20mtr. With cement mortor 1:4 in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in -Charge. |
